This is a great product. Functionality is easy and straightforward as other Smart TVs. The only drawback is that the frame and the 4 legs do not provide as much stability as the pedestal does. I am not sure what can be done except maybe change to a wall mounting which does not work for this particular location

Well priced 32 inch Smart TV but doesn't seem to have picture clarity and brilliance for 1080 pixels compared to my other older same size Samsung. The Smart TV features are good. Great for a guest room or present, but not a main TV.

This tv was purchased on Christmas Eve only worked for three weeks and now the tv keeps cycling in called Best Buy and because it's over 15 days I cannot exchange or return I've contact Samsung tech support and I have take the tv to a service center in Montebello which is not close to where I live. I will NEVER purchase products again and will NEVER shop at Best Buy again

I love Samsung TVs. Pretty much the only type I'll buy. This is a good tv. My one disappointment is that I wanted a tv with 2 USB ports. The specs listed on the site said it had 2. I asked in the store, they said it had 2. It does not. For that reason I can only give it 4 stars.

We got this free with the purchase of new kitchen appliances. The picture quality is pretty good. I have not seen a bad TV from Samsung yet.

Good tv for the price, but not satisfied with picture. Contrast has to be set very high-at least 80. White items and backgrounds always have a gray tint. Compared this model to my old 720 Samsung, and the old one has a better picture. Yes i adjusted all the settings. This was the second Samsung I've returned.

Do not buy this TV if you want to use it as a computer monitor or mount it to the wall. The VESA mounts are proprietary mounts. You will need to buy a kit that is available only through Samsung. Given that most TVs are mounted in some form or fashion these days, it ticks me off greatly that these guys do not standardize the mounts, along the lines of everyone else in the industry. This TV wound up being useless to me. I gave it away and will never buy another Samsung. Too much trouble with all their proprietary mounting issues.

It's a pretty decent TV. I like the screen mirroring, but the smart apps are really sluggish and don't become available until 2 minutes after you turn the set on. Pretty lame.

All i own is Samsung tvs and this one did not disappoint. I bought it for my daughters room and she uses the apps more then regular cable now.

This is the dumbest "smart tv" in the world. I bought it because I want to serf the web and watch live events. After talking to Samsung techs, I was informed that the tv does not have a complete browser so I am unable to watch the programs that I want. Moreover, the sales staff at Best Buy assured me that I would be able to watch whatever I wanted in the web. I am very unhappy with both Samsung and Best Buy because I think that they both misrepresented this product.

My husband bought this for me for Christmas to replace the 30-year old 27" in our bedroom. The picture is great, but the sound is terrible. It sits on the same shelf as the old TV and it seems like the speakers are projecting to the wall rather than into the room.

My mom needed an up to date tv, so I got her this to start her off with. Needless to say, she loves it.
