Small but big

Within the past year, we have purchased a 65 inch Samsung curved tv, and a Samsung refrigerator, a Dell laptop, and this smaller guest room tv within the past 30-60 days - after several calls, STILL waiting for Best Buy to contact me regarding coming out to fix issues with the frig, which is costing us money daily due to the negligence of Best Buy. Ridiculous.
