Poor quality and poor customer service

I bought several items this holiday season two of them were defective. I returned both of them. Get better quality products, please.

The smart tv apps and internet browser are slow even with hard internet connection. Read a lot of reviews before buying and everyone had great thing to say. Disappointed expected more from Samsung.

Ok tv

Now if I want tho hear it I have to turn it up tho 60 on the volume . They doo this so you have tho buy a sound bar. Not happy with it at all.

The recommendation was based on my previous tv specs. After two months, it's ok, but the sound on movies sometimes goes higher or lower than normal.

Not as Smart as some
