Got TV for free for buying a phone my cat knocked it over and now the screen looks cracked. Legs are not stable at all. Not even going to try and return it because of what I read about people trying to return broken junk TV's to Best Buy. The 2 hours I wasted at Best buy to get the phone and free TV it would have been better just to go to Verizon.

It is a great size to use for a gaming monitor or just use as a t.v.

I purchased this tv because our other 32" bit the dust. I was pleasantly surprised that it was able to play many different file formats off of a jump drive or hard drive. The only criticism I would have is that it does not have wifi built into it, so you can't stream Netflix or Hulu.

This would be an okay TV if it didn't sound like it was in a tin can, even after adjusting the equalizer. I have 2 smart TVs and this one doesn't hold a candle to them, especially sound-wise. Very disappointing since their other products are pretty decent. They shouldn't lower their standards just to make a cheaper product. The only good thing is that the TV was "free" with cell phone purchase, but even then it might just be taking up room in the house since it probably won't get used often due to the poor sound quality. Spend the extra few bucks and get the better TV, it's worth the investment!

Had it for 6 yrs and still works perfectly never had any issues

I bought this TV and enjoyed it just past the maximum return date when it randomly toppled over. The screen broke and it would not turn on and since I had purchased it more than 2 weeks ago Best Buy would not allow me to return it. They would not fix it, replace it, or even give me a discount on a new one! They told me that all they could do was recycle it. DO NOT BUY IT! The legs are not stable and you shouldn't have to block the view of the TV by putting something in front of it just to make sure it doesn't fall over!! Definitely not worth the $200 I spent.

I received this as a bonus with another TV purchase and am using it as a computer monitor. It works well for this purpose, but I should mention that the max resolution is 1366 x 768.

I watch blu-ray movies on the tv cause its close to 1080p

Tv came free with a large tv purchase. Only 720P but not a bad tv.

Horrible TV! The sound quality is terrible and that's just trying to hear it in a small bedroom. Tried to hook up my surround sound to the RCA audio plug ins in the back, no luck. Picture was OK sorta. Returned it got a 32" Visio and couldn't be happier. Never again Samsung !
