Hey, it's a good looking picture and the quality of the image is great-- but as far as smart TV's go, it's not at all intuitive and it takes forever to load stuff. They should beef up the wifi antenna or something, my personal computer, Xbox and phone receive wifi easily where this TV sits, yet it has trouble streaming sometimes. And the way that the OTT apps are arranged and accessed is clunky and doesn't feel intuitive at all. My kids can hardly use it, and it's in their room!

For the price, this is a solid TV. It is a smart TV but lacks some of the advanced features like bluetooth audio. Unfortunately, the screen failed during the first month and getting it repaired by Samsung has been a hassle.

Highly recommended by me a Samsung fan phones, washer, dryer , now a tv. Connection to wi fi was quick and easy . As an Amazon Prime member watching Prime movies is as easy as navigation of the remote. Best Buy as always kind , and professional.

Needed to upgrade the bedroom TV to a Smart TV. After much research and shopping a ton of sales I settled on the Samsung 32" 720P model and am pleased I did. The WiFi hasn't let me down yet, but it's nice to have the ethernet port just in case I ever have to drop a line.

Perfect salesperson that assisted me with the selection of this TV. Took the time to explain and show the difference between the different brands. Again another reason for this household to only shop at Best Buy! Thank You again!

i have 2 of these now. i really like the affordability. a little slow connecting when you first turn it on. and its a lower picture quality but for the bedrooms thats all you really need. the speakers are a little weak when it comes to the bass in action movies.

Bought this TV to watch in my bedroom. Being a smart TV, connecting to internet was what enticed me to buy. However, the apps are really slow to load when the TV starts, so make sure to have the TV on about 5 minutes before you plan to watch anything on Samsung apps.

For a free tv, I have no complaints. Even at the $150 - $200 price point, it is a nice tv. Smart Hub works a little slow, but I have yet to really find a tv with instant response in that area. Excellent choice for a kids room...

I am loving this smart TV. Got two and installed one in my bedroom and one in my daughter's room. Netflix is painless to pull up on the TV's interface right out of the box, and with built-in WiFi, setup was super easy. Loving it.

I bought this television on impulse because the price was so good. It has been a great little tv for the guest bedroom. We especially love that we didn't have to buy another item to get wifi on the tv so we could watch Netflix and Hulu! The tv has it built in!

Now I can watching the Korean drama since this TV have the apps to connect to the Asian video. I realize the picture quality not so good but it is okay because I use it as a second TV put in my dining room.

I have owned this TV for about a month and it is in our downstairs living area. We only use it for Amazon prime and Netflix. So far so good. It has performed as expected. We have another Samsung that is 8 years old and have not had any issues with it either.

Very nice picture and no problems with the motion rate very satisfied and I'm a huge sports guy. Could of had 1 more HDMI. I'd much rather the bigger smart hub remote than the small that comes with it.

Went into bestbuy just looking for a small tv for an extra room. Found this badboy on sale, and still happy with the product since I bought it. The speakers are not that great, but you can just buy some additional speakers.

My wife and got this with Samsung appliance package that Best Buy had to offer. Because we bought the 4 appliance package they gave us a free TV. Who doesn't like free!

The Samsung was given to me as my Birthday gift. I was very excited because Samsung has a great reputation. when the TV was installed the images were amazing, they still are. However, the sound is very poor. the TV could be a 5 if the sound was better.

I received this TV for free with another purchase, so I didn't have any expectations. The TV is small and cute although I wish it was a tad bit bigger. Otherwise it is perfect for a small bedroom or a small apartment.

My Samsung TV is excellent quality. I got it in a timely manner, removed it from the box and installed it in place. I bought an open box TV which was said to be in new condition. Once the TV had been installed and a couple of days past, I noticed the top corner of the TV was broken. The TV was packed correctly with all styrofoam packing and plastic wrapping inside the box. There had been no damage to the outside of the box to alert me of a possible problem. It was too late to do anything about it but I am very disappointed that Best Buy sold me a broken TV.

I received this tv free with the purchase of my new phone. I must say it's a nice upgrade from the previous tv I was using. I really enjoy all the apps that are preloaded. It's perfect for a spare room or bedroom.

I really like this smart TV! Unfortunately my Internet does not work very well so I can't use the TV to its full capabilities! Can't wait to get another Internet company so I can use all the options on the TV!
