The smart TV apps are not as friendly to use as our Roku. The sound on it is terrible, too quiet. Had to buy a sound bar. Would never purchase a Samsung TV.

However, all of the apps (Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc) take FOREVER to load once you turn on the TV. So it is a little frustrating waiting for access to start watching.

Good spare room tv. NO HEADPHONE JACK!!

Disappointed in the sound quality, but tried to plug in external speakers, found that there was no 3.5mm headphone jack. Had to buy an optical sound to analog converter to plug in my speakers. Picture meets expectations.

Tried it because I love the Samsung blue ray player and other Samsung products. Was slow, not really responsive to buttons, and nothing really stood out to me.

Picture quality isn't great, and the sound is terrible. I'll have to buy external speakers for a tv in a 12x10 room.
