This is now the second Samsung smart TV that I have owned, and this one let me down as badly as the first I had. The TV is very slow loading the internet even with a 60 MBPS download speed over WIFI. Most times it takes around 5 minutes to connect to the internet but once it connects it alright most of the time. The TV will show a full connection yet it will still have problems loading movies. I have contacted Samsung about the issue and the basically tried to talk to me like I was an idiot. They mentioned adding an Ethernet cable, but as I explained I'm not going to run a 200 foot cable through my house. Then they mentioned getting faster internet, well second problem with this is I have fiber optic and draw well over 60MBPS at any given time of the day even with half a dozen devices linked to WIFI. Samsung's customer service is a joke to deal with and one of the single reasons id never buy another Samsung product. I have a Sony smart TV that is hundreds of times faster than the Samsung. It instantly connects to the internet and has zero loading issues. If you plan on watching cable or satellite television on this TV you may be fine but don't expect to stream movies and television shows very well. unfortunately this TV is only used for streaming movies for my kids in there game room. I ultimately took this TV back to Best buy at got something different and I'm glad I did. Do research before purchasing Samsung smart TV's. They are notoriously slow from almost all people that use them for streaming.

It's pretty good and does what it needs to be. But it does lag a bit on its smart TV functions and has some pretty basic apps. Needs more apps on it and better processor.

I have purchased several TVs from Best Buy and all have been perfect. Something not right yet that I have not figured out yet and it might be the cable and not the TV.

I was looking for headset holder this allsop product is cool because it holds your cell phone to i would recomend this for anyone who is on a budget very nice stand.

It's what was expected with the product specs. It's not top of the line, but it works for using it inside of a camper.

I bought this for my parents work out room. I wasn't really thinking about what I exactly needed, beside it being able to mount to the wall and play netflix. Once I got it, my dad said he would like to connect his blue tooth headphones to it, so he can hear it over the treadmill. I thought for sure a smart tv could do that.. Nope. I was surprised that that wasn't a thing yet.. so I looked into some options. One was a blue tooth converter box that you plug into your tv and then it connects to your blue tooth device. Purchased that and found another inconvenience in the tv, the only audo output is the digital optical, when the converter either needed RCA or headphone jack. I called samsung to see if they had any options around it, and after explaining my situation 10 times before the non-English speaker man understood my question, he simply said there was nothing he could do. Frustrated, I figured maybe I could just return the tv and get one with a headphone or RCA audo output.. but it turned out I was past the time allowed to return items (I bought this a month before Christmas, and they didn't get it until then), and I didn't have the original packaging, which is my bad.. Now I am just at a loss. Especially seeing how bad samsung customer support is, I really just want to pitch the tv. This is all without even mentioning the tv taking 5+ minutes before the "smart" part of the tv loads.

This tv doesn't come with standard holes for hanging a wall mount. You have to buy an adaptor from Samsung which is almost $100 just to hang it on the wall.

The picture quality is horrable! I'm used to HD, LED I've learned is much brighter. There's no manual buttons to power on & off turn channels etc. Those side way end stands... The worst I'm going to give away!! Samsung is Great brand this just wasn't my Greatest purchase! I should have read reviews 1st! looked at model in store or something! I'm used to stand in the middle of TV & Full HD 1080p

Was looking to get newer tv and was greater deal because it's smart tv. Clear color. May wanna invest in sound system.

Very fair price and has the right applications for Internet. some time take a couple of minutes to get connected to Internet but its fine in general.

Got this free with the purchase of a S7 Edge. It's decent for a kitchen TV. Apps such as Netflix can be a little slow to load when compared to a Roku Stick.

TV works nice for our bedroom, picture quality isn't as good as I like for the living room or as big but for the price it's working out great.

Very disappointed by this set's picture quality. Returned for an LG of same size and features. The LG is a much better set for the price.

I have been unable to set up the Smart TV feature after trying multiple times even though another TV in the home using this feature works well.

The Samsung 720 smart tv has good picture. The function as a smart TV is poor

I guess as a tv it serves its purpose, the display is pretty clear, however when using the smart tv capabilities(hub), there is a delay.

I was able to get this tv free so I can't complain to much but the smart hub is slow and I'm surprised that they still make 720p TVs.

I now have three samsung smart tvs. The legs on which it stands is ridiculous and flimsy. They tip over easily. Not very impressed.

I owned 2 other well-liked Samsung TVs, but this model wasn't up to their normal quality. The color was not easily adjusted, the sound echoed throughout my room and the smart tv apps proved tiresome and frustrating to login and/or register. A keyboard was necessary for this function. Due to a near fatal hospitalization, my return was 2 days late. Best Buy, usually customer friendly, failed it's promise.

Paid a lot of money just to find out that this DW doesn't truly dry. Leaves dishes wet and needs a towel,to,dry upon compleshion.
