Screen quality is good, unfortunately a VERY bad smart TV. Entry level unit, it actually takes a few minutes when you try to open Netflix for it to say "loading, please wait" its 2017! A smart TV shouldnt need to "load" an app. Pass on this unit. Planning to return.

The TV won't connect to the internet and the "Smart Functions". So now I guess we have to pay for the Geek Squad to come and fix it all. This is disappointing. The sound is weak quality and "tinny". We have 3 older Samsung tvs (8yrs,) and they have good sound.

We purchased this Samsung TV because we have Time Warner Cable and Samsung has the rights to the app. We installed and every time we try and use the app it states that the TV is still preparing. Terrible interface. If we hadn't already mounted we would return.

The picture quality sucks for a $200.00 TV in this size. The smart tv part of this is dumb....it is so slow to connect to internet...I have an excellent internet connection, it's just the tv takes s while to lock on. Don't waste your money folks..

This "smart" tv does not stream Amazon videos without freezing after an hour or so of viewing. I have a very fast internet connection. Have called Samsung support for remote assistance multiple times over the last few months when the video freezes. In the beginning it worked ok, but after a month it started to malfunction. Best Buy will not exchange, and Samsung will not acknowledge the issue. Apparently there is a problem with Amazon app and Samsung. If you want to avoid frustration and time wasting phone calls for support, purchase a different brand! (I have many Samsung products at home and thought this one would be as wonderful as the other products...too bad..)

Disappointed with the quality of picture and sound. I had to buy a HDMI. I tried setting all the features, but the picture/sound does not compare to my 32" Sony TV. I upgraded because I wanted a smart TV.

The TV works great for basic stuff but the smart TV features leave a lot to be desired. Constantly lags when trying to stream off youtube, both over WiFi and connected directly to the hardline internet

    Compact Brilliance with Smart Features

The Samsung 32" Class LED Smart HDTV strikes a balance between compact design and smart functionality, making it an attractive option for those seeking a versatile television for smaller spaces. The 720p HD resolution delivers vibrant colors and crisp details, providing a visually satisfying experience for everyday viewing. The 32-inch screen size strikes a sweet spot, making it suitable for bedrooms, kitchens, or cozy living rooms. One of the standout features is its smart functionality. With built-in apps and streaming capabilities, this HDTV allows you to access popular services directly from the television, eliminating the need for additional devices. The Smart Hub interface is intuitive, making navigation a breeze. The slim and minimalist design of the TV enhances any room's aesthetics without overpowering the space. The inclusion of multiple HDMI and USB ports adds versatility, allowing you to connect various devices easily. While the 720p resolution may fall short for those seeking ultra-high definition, the Samsung 32" Smart HDTV excels in providing a reliable and feature-rich viewing experience for everyday entertainment. In summary, if you're looking for a compact and smart television that doesn't compromise on features, the Samsung 32" Class LED Smart HDTV is a solid choice. Its blend of functionality, size, and sleek design make it an excellent addition to smaller living spaces.

They could never get it to hook up to the network, so it was just a TV instead of a smart one. It ended up broken before too long, but that;s what happens to TVs in group homes on occasion.
