Disappointed customer

Only to open my tv to set it up and the screen is cracked. Lines running through the entire screen. Now it says this item is no longer returnable. Im highly disappointed.

And the screen was broken so I just wasted all that money for nothing. I called the manufacture and they said they couldn't help me.

Not the best television I ever purchased

Amazing so far !

Samsung Is amazing and the picture quality is wonderful, I love that I can watch Netflix Hulu etc.. even my tv provider has an app so I can stream live cable and on demand without a cable box !! I'm in love with this tv ! I use it in my room and do not have a cable box in there so the smart features are perfect for me as I can watch all of my shows live or on demand! Thanks Samsung !
