This TV is good if you're looking for a basic TV. But since this is a smart TV, I expected it to have some of the same features as my other Samsung smart TVs but it didn't. But I guess since it cost less, even though it's a newer model, you don't get much in the way of smart features. I returned it.

This is no longer suitable resolution for today's streaming content. Returned for a different model

This is a ok tv. I got this based on store employee recommended it. For the price it’s a good tv

The sound is really flat and tinny. Poor quality. Usually Samsung has much better sound.

I purchased this tv and it is broken. I paid money for a product that is good for the trash... they wont refund my money nor give me another tv - this was a gift - it did not get turned on for 2 months so due to the time they refuse to help me. It is obvious I registered the warranty and signed in on the tv on the day we turned it on....No this time I did not pay extra money for extra Geek Squad Warranty. But i spend thousands of dollars at this store and you would think they would want to keep a customer... Well apparently not, because I got screwed! I will not shop here anymore .

Picture quality was not good, so I returned this TV. 720p is just not enough resolution compared to the competition. Low price, but you can get better quality from other TVs

Purchased TV fat store and after unpacking at home found that it was missing an adapter plug that connects TV to outlet. Best Buy employee informed me over phone to contact Samsung. Samsung has been giving me run around for over a month. Will be likely be returning TV as it can not be turned on without plug.

When watch a movie the sound isn't good, sound like something inside is broken or unsettled because sounds very bad.

I believe that Samsung should notify XFINITY that this Smart WIFI TV does not stream XFINITY Comcast. Also, if you add an antenna to this TV it only has an extremely limited capacity to broadcast air. Much cheaper TVs are better than this one.

Terrible television you have to turn it all the way up just to hear a sound and terrible picture you have to really adjust the colors just to get a good picture
