    Buying the TV from Best Buy was great. Associate helped find the right one quickly and professionally. The price was good and it didn’t take a long time to go in, find TV, pay for it and take home.

    Really like this brand. First we purchased a Roku but could not get remote to synchronize with tv. We returned it and purchased a Samsung and had no problems. We have had other Samsung tvs and have had no issues. Roku was cheaper but paying more for a reliable brand like Samsung was worth the difference

    I made an urgent purchase because my TV went out all of a sudden & this TV was within a reasonable amount so I got it. Unfortunately, it feels as though there is a delay when selecting apps or moving through the screen when using the remote. This is the only reason I am giving it three stars. It is a bit annoying.

      We appreciate your feedback on the response time, and for optimal performance, we ask that you please ensure you've got the latest firmware version installed on your F6000F TV. You can check this by going to Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

      You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care.

    This tv is slow and a hassle

    I would never purchase this tv again. I have had it for months now and it reverts to Samsung tv every time you turn it off. So if you want to watch certain apps, you have to select HDMI. The remote control is one of the worst I’ve ever had. It’s just not intuitive. Compared to my Sony in the living room, this tv is slow and requires effort to do the simplist things.

      Hi SoCalLiz,

      Thank you for your review. While your F6000F TV may currently default to Samsung TV Plus when powered on, you can customize what your TV does at startup by adjusting the Start Screen Options.

      To do this, navigate to: Settings > All Settings > Advanced Features > Start Screen Option and choose from the following:
      1. Start with Smart Hub Home – Automatically launches Smart Hub when the TV is turned on. You can enable or disable this option based on your preference.
      2. Autorun Multi View Casting – If you cast YouTube content from your mobile device, the TV will automatically display the content using Multi View.
      3. Autorun Multi View Mirroring – When you screen mirror your mobile device, Multi View will automatically open to show your device’s screen.

    Perfect little tv for my garage. A lot better specs than other brands in the price range so was a no brainer purchase for me, even though it was open box. I was skeptical buying open box but this tv was basically brand new with zero cosmetic issues or mechanical.
