Posted .Hi Best,
Thank you for your review. If the volume on your Samsung F6000F TV seems too low, we recommend checking for firmware updates: Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now.
If volume levels still seem too low, you can improve sound performance by adjusting a few key settings:
Sound Mode: Navigate to: Settings > All Settings > Sound > Sound Mode
Auto Volume: This feature helps maintain consistent volume levels across content and input sources. Turn it on under: Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume = On
You can also explore Expert Settings to fine-tune sound output with adjustments for Balance, Equalizer, and more.
If you’re considering enhancing your setup, Samsung’s Q- and S-Series Soundbars feature Q-Symphony, which syncs your TV and soundbar speakers for a fuller, more immersive sound experience.
For personalized support with these settings or selecting a soundbar to complement your setup, contact Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG (8AM – 12AM EST, 7 days a week) or use LiveChat via the ‘Support’ link on our website.

Not worth it!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Lousy TV, volume is low and can barely hear it even when it's 100%. I see 3 bouncing dots and than the tv freezes and sometimes goes off completely. Many times when I turn it on the volume is off completely and I can't hear it. I have to constantly rebute the TV. So aggravating!

Thank you for your feedback on the Samsung F6000F TV. If the picture appears unclear, dull, or lacks definition, there are several settings you can adjust to improve clarity and overall image quality. Go to: Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings, and review these key settings:
Picture Clarity Settings: While originally intended for motion handling, these can also impact overall clarity
• Off: Disables motion enhancements
• Auto: Automatically adjusts based on content
• Custom: Lets you fine-tune:
o Judder Reduction – Helps smooth out uneven motion
o LED Clear Motion – Boosts sharpness in fast-moving content
o Noise Reduction – Reduces distortion and enhances detail in lower-resolution sources
Core Picture Settings
• Brightness – Controls overall screen brightness
• Contrast – Enhances the difference between bright and dark areas
• Sharpness – Adjusts edge definition; closer to 20 increases detail
• Color – Enhances depth and intensity of colors
And don’t forget to check for the latest firmware, which may improve performance: Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
These adjustments can make a noticeable difference in overall clarity. If you need further help tailoring the settings to your preferences or environment, please contact Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8AM – 12AM EST, 7 days a week. LiveChat is also available via the ‘Support’ link on our website.

Don't Buy This TV
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The voice from the AI assistant will make you scream and run for the hills. If you mute the voice you lose voice commands. We use this TV in a guest bedroom streaming only. It's extremely frustrating to try to get it to recognize services like Paramount Plus. Great price, picture is decent but the main command on the remote is in the bottom third which means lots of issues with missing the correct key. I have arthritis and this is not what I was looking for regarding frustration levels.

Posted .Hi JaimeG,
Thank you for sharing your concerns. If your TV is announcing everything you do, the Voice Guide feature is likely turned on. This is an accessibility function designed to assist users who are visually impaired, and it may have been activated accidentally by holding down the Volume button on your remote.
To turn off Voice Guide, go to: Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Accessibility > Voice Guide Settings > Voice Guide = OFF.
If you are unsatisfied with your Samsung remote, please know that many third-party remotes work well with Samsung TVs, though setup steps may vary by brand and model.

Worst TV ever
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Do not buy this TV unless you want to spend literally hours of frustration getting it to work. I've had it about 7 months and have threatened to take it outside and smash it with a hammer numerous times. Bought a Firestick to try to speed it up, which worked for a short time until the Firestick decided to top working. After I'd had it too long to return i did find some research that this TVs operating system was slow. Thats an understatement.

Posted .Hi AriM,
Please ensure your TV is running the latest Firmware, version 1395.9. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. If this firmware version is not yet available on your TV, you can download the update on a USB drive and manually update your TV:
1. On Samsung's website (upper right corner), go to: Support > Manual & Software > Find your TV model, and click on the Firmware – Upgrade File.
2. When the file has finished downloading, locate it and then unzip it. There is normally one folder inside but there may be multiple files.
3. Copy or move all of the files that were included in the zip file to a USB flash drive, but do not place them inside any other folders. If you place the software folders inside a folder on the USB flash drive, the TV or monitor will not find them.
4. Connect the USB drive containing the software upgrade into a USB port on your device.
5. Using your device's remote, navigate to and select Settings, then select All Settings, and then select Support. Select Software Update, select Update Now, and then select Yes if prompted.
Your device will search the USB drive for update files. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the updated software. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, it will restart automatically.
