I purchased this Samsung Smart TV from Open Box. It is in excellent condition, consistent with the description. I can’t find any scratch, dent, etc. I performs perfectly. I will consider Open Box items in the future. I highly recommend this smart TV and Open Box.

this is my 2nd samsung 32 inch tv the last one lasted 12 years it is in my kitchen and is on over 12 hours a day. the picture quality is excellent. set up was very easy. every product in my house is samsung. i will buy another 32 inch if i have to if i live that long.

Great Picture terrible remote very small. need fingers of a 5 year old, buttons to close had to buy another remote. But the thing I hate the most is how slow it is. they must have found a processor from the 1900's. I OWN 4 SAMSUNGS these 2 are the worst and yes I did updates and all the other trouble shooting. no improvement. may return both and look for another brand. ONLY ONE HDMI the other is a ARC.

Interestingly this is the first time I have needed to replace a TV that quit working. I can't complain, in fact I bought another 32" Samsung. My TV was very old and worked perfectly until the day the picture quit. When I went in to Best Buy I knew what I wanted and the salesperson who first approached me didn't try to sell me something different. I appreciated that and was in and out of the store within a half hour. New Samsung working beautifully. Thank you, Jeanne

Great picture quality but the audio could be a little better (need volume about 40% to hear across room). Picture comes on very quickly! The remote DOES HAVE numeric buttons (so many TVs these days do not have numeric buttons on their remote; and that is very inconvenient when using OTA digital channels). I have not used the Tizen smart connection so I cannot comment on that feature.

It is a good tv with Bluetooth so no more having to use earphones. Picture is nice. It is light and small enough to fit our bookshelf

The Samsung TV works fine. The biggest problem is that it only has two ports for video input. We have inputs from the local cable TV, our DVD player and Roku. So we have to keep switching the cables for Roku and the DVD player.

I ordered online from Best Buy and it was delivered the next day. Great little TV for my office! The picture and sound are the high quality you would expect from Samsung. The price point is really good also for this size and quality.
