    All our TVs have been Samsung. This new one is great! I would highly recommend it!

    Picture ok for my wife’s sewing room but the GUI and remote response time is very slow compared to 3 other Samsung TVs that we own. I won’t advise this model for a main TV in your house.

      We appreciate your feedback regarding response time. For optimal performance, please ensure your F6000 TV is running the latest firmware. You can check this by going to: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Software Update

      To further optimize performance, try running Device Care, which checks memory, clears unused cached data, and closes background apps: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care

    The TV meets my expectation. Only issue was it was a little tricky to set up with my cable box and it took a phone call to Xfinity and Samsung to get the settings set up correctly with the Xfinity remote and box.

    Product works just fine. We needed a smart TV for our kitchen, and Best Buy was the only store that carried the size and brand we wanted.

    Like the TV but was disappointed that we could not download the Paramount+ app. Fits great on the dresser and found a swivel turntable for optimal viewing.

      Thank you for reaching out. Please know the Paramount+ app is still available on the Samsung F6000F TV. To download the app, go to the search bar on your Home Screen and type in Paramount +. From there you can download the app.

    Disappointed so far. This "smart" tv does seem smart. The only improvement over our older TV is that the picture quality is better. Going online for video is cumbersome. It takes forever to enter a URL, then username and password with the way the keyboard and mouse work. There is no "remember me" so, because of the difficulty in entering a URL, username and password, I am back to HDMI cable connected to my computer, same as I was with my old TV. Plus, with the home screen, it is more difficult to just turn it on and resume on the channel we were just watching that it was with our old TV.

    I'm quite pleased with the Samsung line of TV's. We have a 55 inch Samsung in the family room and a 40 inch Samsung in the master. This 32 inch Samsung replaced a 32 inch LG that we had in the guest bedroom.

    This purchase was made to replace a TV in a smaller room that finally gave up the ghost. Samsung is a strong brand and this set was the perfect combination of size, price and features for the room.

    This tv rocks. The only complaint I have is the the default screen coms up every time the tv comes on, so you have to have the main remote.

    Review Pertains To "Open Box" TV Experience

    As someone who tries to avoid Amazon at all costs and buys most of my electronics, tech, etc, at Best Buy, I made the mistake of buying this TV trusting the description of "Open Box Excellent" and "Geek Squad Verified". I was left questioning the validity and honesty of that status. Though the screen glass was fine, there was a spiderweb cracking behind it that does not show until the TV is turned on. Research leads me to believe this is an irreparable break in the LCD panel and I question whether that could have happened in transit or do I assume that no one at Best Buy even turned on this TV after it was returned and it was shipped out to me in this condition. Additionally, because I did not have access to a printer at the time, I asked a customer service rep there to mail me a hard copy of the return label via US Mail. I was told he could not do that but if I bring the shipment to UPS, they will print the label for me. I followed those instructions and UPS did print the label however, they charged me $5.45 to do it! I expected Best Buy to reimburse me for that cost since this issue was no fault of my own and just got the runaround. So I am now left still needing a TV but reluctant to reorder one from Best Buy because this experience has soured me and I am unsure if I can continue to trust them.
