    TV size was great with low profile to fit under a cabinet. Four stars because it takes a while for the Spectrum cable app to turn on.

    Great Picture terrible remote very small. need fingers of a 5 year old, buttons to close had to buy another remote. But the thing I hate the most is how slow it is. they must have found a processor from the 1900's. I OWN 4 SAMSUNGS these 2 are the worst and yes I did updates and all the other trouble shooting. no improvement. may return both and look for another brand. ONLY ONE HDMI the other is a ARC.

    Unacceptably Slow

    Waste of money and time. It’s going back to Best Buy. 2025 model, and the interface is painfully slow. It lags on every function and in every App. Really disappointed with Best Buy on this one - I specifically asked for a 32 inch tv with a quick interface and this is what the assocoate suggested, saying it was “snappy.” It was a small purchase so I didn’t research, but learned my lesson. First time Best Buy has steered me wrong in 20 years, will be more careful on next purchase.

    Its not bad, picture is nice, remote is delayed. The free Samsung plus tv stations are nice, thats what makes the tv worth the price.

      We appreciate your feedback on the picture quality of Samsung’s F6000F TV. First, make sure your TV is up to date. Firmware updates often include picture quality enhancements. To check for the latest version, go to: Home > Left directional button > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now

      If the image doesn’t quite match your preferences after updating/checking for updates, there are several settings you can adjust to better suit your viewing environment.

      To explore picture mode options, go to: Home > Left directional button > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode. Available modes include:
      1. Standard – Default mode for general viewing
      2. Dynamic – Brighter and sharper for well-lit rooms
      3. Eco – Optimized for energy saving
      4. Movie – Best for dark room viewing
