Slow and difficult to navigate. This model can not download and play several apps that are critically important for my application. The manual says to use the voice remote to navigate and search for apps. Too bad this TV is not equipped with a voice remote. I hope Samsung gets it together soon.

Not user friendly

Your TV includes Learn Menu Screen, an accessibility feature that provides audio guidance for on-screen menus. When enabled, your TV will announce the name and function of each menu item as you scroll, without making any changes. This feature is particularly helpful for users who are visually impaired or new to Smart TV menus. To enable, go to: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Accessibility > Learn Menu Screen. To exit, press the Return key twice.

My First Smart TV is Very Slow

WORST TV EVER!

The Samsung interface is incredibly slow - push a button and wait 5 minutes for the TV to do something. The TV bombards you with ads for Samsung TV Plus WHILE you are trying to watch a program. So frustrating. I am so angry that I wasted my money on this junk.

Thank you for your review. When installing the legs, please make sure your TV’s legs are installed correctly - “R” on the right, “L” on the left - with each leg slanting outward toward the edges of the TV.

Customer Service Going Downhill!

This is useless for direct tuning OTA digital signals such as 2-1, 32-3 etc. Contacted BBY Customer Service almost 3 weeks ago. I was hoping they could exchange the remote, but have not heard back from them. Very disappointed with their service, and will keep it in mind when shopping in the future...

It works but could be better.

Vaey bad TV

First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware Update. Go to Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now.
Next, you may want to replace the batteries in your remote control and ensure nothing is blocking the IR sensor located below the Samsung Logo on the bottom of your TV and the remote control.
You can improve your viewing experience by switching to a softer picture mode: Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode – Try Movie or Filmmaker Mode for darker rooms.
For more control, adjust brightness, contrast, and sharpness under: Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings. You can also disable Contrast Enhancer for a softer image.
To improve your sound, try different Sound Modes (Standard, Optimized, Amplify), or fine-tune your setup in Expert Settings under: Settings > All Settings > Sound.

Best Buy should have explained it to me.

You need to use the tv remote and your optimum remote to now operate your tv. Optimum no longer has an app on any of the new smart tv’s. I bought a Samsung TV and was told by Optimum that any problems with the tv I had to get in touch with Samsung. After several hours trying to get intouch with Samsung they told me that it was an Optimum problem. I just got so disgusted I returned the new TV the next day. I will not deal with all this problem with a new TV.

HDMI ARC / eARC Connection
1. Use a certified High-Speed HDMI cable with Ethernet and ensure it's firmly connected to the HDMI eARC ports on both the TV and soundbar/receiver.
2. Enable ARC/eARC settings on your TV:
o Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > HDMI eARC Mode = Auto
o Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > External Device Manager > Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) = On
3. Adjust Digital Output Audio Format:
o Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Format
o Set this to Auto unless you're using a device that specifically requires Pass-Through.
4. Cold boot your TV by holding the power button on your remote for 5+ seconds.
Bluetooth Connection
1. Bluetooth connections can be sensitive to distance and interference. Keep the Bluetooth device close to the TV, and remove nearby sources of interference (e.g., wireless routers or other Bluetooth devices).
2. For improved stability, use a 5GHz Wi-Fi network if available.

Wi-Fi / Wireless Speaker Connections

A complete ripoff
