I purchased this Samsung Smart TV from Open Box. It is in excellent condition, consistent with the description. I can’t find any scratch, dent, etc. I performs perfectly. I will consider Open Box items in the future. I highly recommend this smart TV and Open Box.

Great picture and sound just a little bit slow when changing apps.

this is my 2nd samsung 32 inch tv the last one lasted 12 years it is in my kitchen and is on over 12 hours a day. the picture quality is excellent. set up was very easy. every product in my house is samsung. i will buy another 32 inch if i have to if i live that long.

This TV was a heck of a bargain. I got it on black friday at a great price. I told my uncle in florida about it, he hasn't purchased a tv in years. he couldn't believe that you could get a quality TV for the price I paid for this. There was absolutely nothing wrong with this tv, but I'd decided to upgrade to an even better Samsung one (I have this in my camper) so bought an upgraded Samsung because it was also still Black Friday week and took this back. not because there were any issues, just even got a better deal is all.

Good little tv. Dont know why folks are complaining. Like the start up screen with apps. Lots of addons and a samsung hub to watch. Color resolution is good and bright. Not the best. But acceptable. Sound is descent. Good connection with samsung phones.

The device is easy to carry and not roo big. It's sleek design is what made me purchase it along with the amount of storage.

It is a good tv with Bluetooth so no more having to use earphones. Picture is nice. It is light and small enough to fit our bookshelf

I ordered online from Best Buy and it was delivered the next day. Great little TV for my office! The picture and sound are the high quality you would expect from Samsung. The price point is really good also for this size and quality.

Works great, delivers as promised. Used for a monitor for the computer, and have zero issues with functionality, visibility, adjustments, and serves its purpose very well. The price was right and much cheaper than conventional monitors where there is not a need for 4k or high refresh rates. Would recomment

Great picture quality but the audio could be a little better (need volume about 40% to hear across room). Picture comes on very quickly! The remote DOES HAVE numeric buttons (so many TVs these days do not have numeric buttons on their remote; and that is very inconvenient when using OTA digital channels). I have not used the Tizen smart connection so I cannot comment on that feature.

I’m really happy with my new Samsung TV. It was easy to set up/make an account with Samsung. The picture quality is excellent—sharp, bright, and vibrant—and the sound quality is surprisingly good for its size. I also love how smooth and easy the apps are to use; everything loads quickly and works great. It’s the perfect TV for my small room and fits the space perfectly. Definitely a great purchase. Best buy delivery was fast too.

I bought it for my bedroom. It is the right size and is performing as intended. I needed to replace a Samsung TV which was out of date for Spectrum wireless.

We love Samsung TVs and this is no exception. We have three of them. Also we bought the smaller size because it fit in the space that we needed it to fit in. It has a great picture. We love it.

Great TV!! Using in the cockpit of my boat and it has an insanely clear picture and tons of free channels when using internet. Love the platform on Samsung TV's, its so easy to use. Have 3 Samsungs in my house and going to purchase the 40 inch of this TV for my bedroom.

The picture quality when i connect my switch is perfect. The subtitles for my kdramas are in a font size i can actually see without having to squint. The amount of free tv and apps is awsome. I love that i can control my samsung tv on my samsung cell.

The Samsung TV works fine. The biggest problem is that it only has two ports for video input. We have inputs from the local cable TV, our DVD player and Roku. So we have to keep switching the cables for Roku and the DVD player.

Great picture fairly easy to set up. I replaced another Samsung TV. That was about six years old with this TV and oddly enough the six year old TV and this TV have the same exact remote. It’s a bit outdated. It’s got numbers all over it that are totally useless. Other than that. It’s a pretty nice TV.

So the tv is pretty awesome. It lacks an output (jack, usb or bluetooth) to add an audio device, but its own speakers are okay. Buying an open box device was not the best. I placed an online order from a local store, paid via paypal. About 1/2 hour later, Best Buy cancelled my order. When I was notified, I decided to place another order for the same tv. It went through just fine. I'm in Oakland, CA, and the tv came from Chicago. Shipping was fine, took a few days. When the tv arrived, it did not come with a factory remote control. Since there are no controls on the unit, this made using the tv almost impossible. I was able to borrow a remote from a friend, to make sure the tv worked, then the Best Buy web site could not solve my problem. When I finally got to chat with a human (I presume), I was directed to go to the local BB store and show them my paper work to get a remote. That part was seemless (kudos to the staff and manager in the Emeryville store...), but it was kind of a nuisance to have to go to the store to get a remote, because whoever packed and/or inspected the open box tv did not think to include a remote control......
