Happy with TV. A good 2nd TV. Has good picture and sound quality okay. Picture quality looks as good as my 4K big screen TV. Must use remote for all controls as there is nothing on TV. Like most current TV's in price bracket limited input and outputs. Ordered open box excellent condition. It was shipped without legs and any instructions. Had to do a factory reset before I could setup TV. (That should have been done before shipping). Chat site said I could go to store to get legs. (They made Chat site very difficult to talk to a person. Chat site only good if your questions fit their subjects). Store said they could not order legs and I must order legs myself. TV should have been classified as good instead of excellent.

I bought this for my bedroom. It’s perfect for that. Setup was fairly simple too. No need for streaming sticks, it’s all on her. Highly recommended.

Nice tv. Very good picture and the size is good for extra TV to have in an office or bedroom.

The color quality is super nice but the the remote is very laggy from when the button is press to when it actually executes the command. That is the only issue with the TV in my eyes.

I bought it for my bedroom. It is the right size and is performing as intended. I needed to replace a Samsung TV which was out of date for Spectrum wireless.

This TV was a heck of a bargain. I got it on black friday at a great price. I told my uncle in florida about it, he hasn't purchased a tv in years. he couldn't believe that you could get a quality TV for the price I paid for this. There was absolutely nothing wrong with this tv, but I'd decided to upgrade to an even better Samsung one (I have this in my camper) so bought an upgraded Samsung because it was also still Black Friday week and took this back. not because there were any issues, just even got a better deal is all.

Great picture, smooth and easy operation. Very universal with the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth capability and other connection options.

Easy set up and beautiful screen no complaints about sound or controls. This set exceeded my expectations because it was so inexpensive for a name brand, Smart tv

Interestingly this is the first time I have needed to replace a TV that quit working. I can't complain, in fact I bought another 32" Samsung. My TV was very old and worked perfectly until the day the picture quit. When I went in to Best Buy I knew what I wanted and the salesperson who first approached me didn't try to sell me something different. I appreciated that and was in and out of the store within a half hour. New Samsung working beautifully. Thank you, Jeanne

Wonderful picture, easy to set up, and easy to sign onto all the apps I use. It has many settings which make it easy to set to one's preferences.

I bought this TV on sale & at a great price. The set up was easy and the picture quality is great! I gave it 4 stars because I thought the sound quality was lacking compared to my previous TV. I will admit my hearing has declined & others may think the sound quality is fine. I still recommend this TV & so does Consumer Reports! So give it a try!

Good value for a small TV. Delivery was prompt (one day and on July 4), set up went very easy. Connected to our router promptly. Still getting used to the remote and some of the Samsung smart tv features. Has an annoying habit of defaulting to Samsung TV connection not HDMI1 cable connection. Great picture with minimum glare, good sound. We watch TV and stream, no gaming for us.
