this is my 2nd samsung 32 inch tv the last one lasted 12 years it is in my kitchen and is on over 12 hours a day. the picture quality is excellent. set up was very easy. every product in my house is samsung. i will buy another 32 inch if i have to if i live that long.

I ordered online from Best Buy and it was delivered the next day. Great little TV for my office! The picture and sound are the high quality you would expect from Samsung. The price point is really good also for this size and quality.

So the tv is pretty awesome. It lacks an output (jack, usb or bluetooth) to add an audio device, but its own speakers are okay. Buying an open box device was not the best. I placed an online order from a local store, paid via paypal. About 1/2 hour later, Best Buy cancelled my order. When I was notified, I decided to place another order for the same tv. It went through just fine. I'm in Oakland, CA, and the tv came from Chicago. Shipping was fine, took a few days. When the tv arrived, it did not come with a factory remote control. Since there are no controls on the unit, this made using the tv almost impossible. I was able to borrow a remote from a friend, to make sure the tv worked, then the Best Buy web site could not solve my problem. When I finally got to chat with a human (I presume), I was directed to go to the local BB store and show them my paper work to get a remote. That part was seemless (kudos to the staff and manager in the Emeryville store...), but it was kind of a nuisance to have to go to the store to get a remote, because whoever packed and/or inspected the open box tv did not think to include a remote control......

Great Picture terrible remote very small. need fingers of a 5 year old, buttons to close had to buy another remote. But the thing I hate the most is how slow it is. they must have found a processor from the 1900's. I OWN 4 SAMSUNGS these 2 are the worst and yes I did updates and all the other trouble shooting. no improvement. may return both and look for another brand. ONLY ONE HDMI the other is a ARC.

It's a great TV picture is perfect a little hard to set up but once you get past that it works beautifully

Works well. Not a huge amount of memory on the phone but a good value when replacing your expensive samsung phone that was broken beyond repair. Isn't as fast as my S24 Ultra, but glad to have something affordable to have cell service still, when you do not want to pay for the expensive current Samsung Models. Very decent phone.

Great picture fairly easy to set up. I replaced another Samsung TV. That was about six years old with this TV and oddly enough the six year old TV and this TV have the same exact remote. It’s a bit outdated. It’s got numbers all over it that are totally useless. Other than that. It’s a pretty nice TV.

Interestingly this is the first time I have needed to replace a TV that quit working. I can't complain, in fact I bought another 32" Samsung. My TV was very old and worked perfectly until the day the picture quit. When I went in to Best Buy I knew what I wanted and the salesperson who first approached me didn't try to sell me something different. I appreciated that and was in and out of the store within a half hour. New Samsung working beautifully. Thank you, Jeanne
