I like that you can use it with the echo and alexa command. So when you can’t find your remote you can ask alexa to change channels, volume or turn on the tv.

I saw the reviews about lagging and poor response but figured no biggee. Well... after living with the slow response for a while the TV seemed actually stuck after turning it on: "recent" would not come on after 5 minutes. So then I looked for any tips and saw suggestions from Samsung. Applied the suggestions and afterward the picture was weird no matter what I set it at. Luckily I can return it.
