Perfect size for my bedroom and the remote control is easy to see with the whilte lettering. Best of all is Best Buy pricing and their customer service is above and beyond.

Great size for in-home office

I added a swivel stand for more flexibility. The picture is crisp and clear. Remote is easy to operate. Highly recommend this for a room with limited space.

Much too slow

By the time you select an app and then select a user and select a program it takes forever. I’m going to try plugging a Roku stick in and see if it’s any better. I had seen some reviews saying it was slow but that’s being kind, I would not buy again despite the fact that I wanted a Samsung, it’s just too slow.

We appreciate your feedback regarding your F6000F TV’s performance. If you're experiencing freezing or lag in general response time, please try the following steps:
1. Check for firmware updates – Keeping your TV up to date can resolve many performance issues: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
2. Run Device Care – This tool checks system memory, frees up cached data, and closes background apps that could be slowing things down: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care
3. Cold boot your TV – With the TV powered on, press and hold the Power button on your remote for 5+ seconds until the TV restarts. This helps refresh the system.

Picture is great however remote is slow

If your F6000F TV is freezing, lagging, or apps are slow:
1. Update firmware – Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
2. Run Device Care to boost performance – Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care
3. Cold boot your TV – Hold the Power button on your remote for 5+ seconds until the TV restarts.

In a world of technology with instant response this tv is in the last century. Press a button on the remote….wait literally 7-10 seconds before the screen responds.
