All transactions were completed by phone and the TV was delivered in a timely manner even though I live in a different city than the store. Salespeople was very polite and helpful.

More than you might want or need for this size TV

They are responsive to input from the remotes (by the way, all the remotes are almost identical with many of the buttoms not functioning). This model though has been junked up trying to be all things to users, such as gamer function than just a TV which brings switching from various functions to a crawl. It's so slow that you don't know if the TV acknowledged the remote input and its taken you to some function you don't want. Samsung knows the competition in this TV size market is minimal so there is very little effort to put a chip in that handlers transition to the various functions smoothly.
