I ordered online from Best Buy and it was delivered the next day. Great little TV for my office! The picture and sound are the high quality you would expect from Samsung. The price point is really good also for this size and quality.

Good product. I would recommend it. I think it could use sturdier legs for balance, but it's pretty good.

Picture is clear, minimal set up time. Unfortunately we have three devices to hook up to the computer and there are only 2 jacks. Otherwise, we are satisfied with our purchase.

I purchased this Samsung Smart TV from Open Box. It is in excellent condition, consistent with the description. I can’t find any scratch, dent, etc. I performs perfectly. I will consider Open Box items in the future. I highly recommend this smart TV and Open Box.

Bought it for my wife. Seems to work well. We have had several Samsung tv’s and had great luck with them. Picture is great.

this is my 2nd samsung 32 inch tv the last one lasted 12 years it is in my kitchen and is on over 12 hours a day. the picture quality is excellent. set up was very easy. every product in my house is samsung. i will buy another 32 inch if i have to if i live that long.

So the tv is pretty awesome. It lacks an output (jack, usb or bluetooth) to add an audio device, but its own speakers are okay. Buying an open box device was not the best. I placed an online order from a local store, paid via paypal. About 1/2 hour later, Best Buy cancelled my order. When I was notified, I decided to place another order for the same tv. It went through just fine. I'm in Oakland, CA, and the tv came from Chicago. Shipping was fine, took a few days. When the tv arrived, it did not come with a factory remote control. Since there are no controls on the unit, this made using the tv almost impossible. I was able to borrow a remote from a friend, to make sure the tv worked, then the Best Buy web site could not solve my problem. When I finally got to chat with a human (I presume), I was directed to go to the local BB store and show them my paper work to get a remote. That part was seemless (kudos to the staff and manager in the Emeryville store...), but it was kind of a nuisance to have to go to the store to get a remote, because whoever packed and/or inspected the open box tv did not think to include a remote control......

This tv turned out to be better than we expected. The remote has a numeric keypad which is greatly appreciated. The tv starts up at the channel the tv was shut off on. We use an antenna and when its windy we don't get a constant blanking screen.

Samsung always has good quality TV. The control is easy to use, so far so good.

Picture is good. Response to remote seems slow. Connecting to wifi signal seems VERY slow. I have gig speed wifi and my other 2 tvs connect instantly when I use them. Is there some issue with the network connection processor?

This is a very good little t.v. works well in my kitchen

The television is very nice, but I agree with the responses others had about the remote. It is slow and can get annoying.

Great picture. For what I needed in the bedroom it is the perfect size. Setup was a bit tedious, but once I got through it TV works smoothly.

Very Nice TV esp at this price. Use it in my work shop and it is a nice addition. Set up was a breeze and I use a firestick for the connection
