I took a chance on an open box smart TV for the first time. Even I could set it up, Got my apps going easily. Far more options than other stores for TVs in limited space

Picture is decent, controller is horrible. Not intuitive, oddly placed buttons, pressure sensitive and skips multiple times with one button touch. I’ll probably use my roku so I can utilize a better controller, but defeats the point of buying a smart TV that was supposed to simply things.

Wouldn't play video from USB

It kept giving an error even after trying 5 or 6 different file types that seemed like they were within the parameters the TV itself was giving. Will have to return this one.
