Samsung did lower the speaker amp output compared to older 32 models so if you have a bedroom with common noise interference or being used as an exercise room tv (treadmill noise) you may need a soundbar.

My only gripe is I bought an open box TV that came with no manual and one of the feet was damaged. I had to buy the feet on EBAY for $13.00. I would not recommend buying open box to save a few bucks. Not worth it.

The picture is good .The reason i gave it four stars is because of the speakers .it sounds ok as long as you dont turn it up passed 30 in the inhansened sound mode the speaks will muffle a litte distorting the sound some

Since I was within the 15 day exchange period, i was able to return the set and get another. So far so good. Easy to set up and the picture is very good.
