great picture but poor sound

I returned the 1st purchase of this tv and had 2nd example of this same tv shipped to my home, thinking the 1st one was a fluke. The second one has the same defect. The sound at any level above 25-30 sounds like a comb and waxed paper sound. We have the same smart tv in another part of our home that we purchased 2 years ago and that one is Fine. What gives here? It is a 32" Samsung 5300 model
