The staff went out of their way to find a compatible TV. The one they found was a newer model but at a lower price. I could not be happier with the service and professionalism of the entire staff. I will purchase from this store again!

I have not been able to get it to recognize any of my cable channels other then TBS. It just goes to TBS and will not let me navigate to any other channels or input them directly. Will probably have to hire Geek Squad to straighten it out or return it.

The Geek Squad personnel were helpful and helped me thru the process. My salesman, Thomas Kupferer, was extremely important in making my decision on a new TV and sound bar. He has made a sale, be back in Friday.

Purchased two for the building lobby to run digital screens. No issues with connection to computer or Fire TV stick. Based on nature of how we are using it, I can't comment on the TV sound or wifi connection.
