Actually got unhappy with this TV, the volume is not strong enough for the price and brand. I have been a fanatic of Samsung TV's but already start moving to a different brand.

I've had this TV for a little over a month. TLDR: It's fine, but I'm not sure I would make the same choice again as I'm not convinced having a Smart TV (as opposed to a dumb TV + a Fire stick or some such) is worth it. Pros: - really nice picture (actually took some getting used to since my other tv is 720 p) - good size for my bedroom (I have it sitting on a dresser across from my bed). According to the recommended distance it's way too small (about 10 feet away) but I think it's just fine. - it's very light! - The included remote is backlit. Cons - The sound quality is as terrible as other reviewers have suggested (and I am by no means a sound snob). My dresser is wood which should help with acoustics but no, it's just bad. Tinny to start with and then when I have the volume up to 13-15 it starts crackling. An inexpensive stand-alone LG sound bar was a major upgrade but it was annoying to have to buy an extra piece of equipment which will catch dust and doesn't quite fit on my dresser. But on the other hand, I get that having good speakers in the tv might conflict with making it slim and light. - I've already had problems with some of the apps loading (particularly Netflix), which was resolved by unplugging the TV for two minutes. Before trying that, I had tried resetting the Smart Hub, which didn't work and brings me to another con.... - Samsung Smart Hub does not store your usernames and passwords for your streaming services, and it's a pain to input them using the remote. And if you reset the Smart Hub, you have to log in to all your services all over again.

Purchased this television, got all the way home, only to find out the power block for the television wasn't in the box. Make should everything is in the box before you leave the store.

Can't say I made a good decision when purchasing this tv. Don't have cable , bought a antenna , have not been able to good reception on none of the local channels.

It worked for a grand total of 1 hour before the display stopped working correctly. I exchanged it for a Vizio that is still working.

Bought this for my elementary school daughter. The kids have cut the cord and only stream, so I thought this smart tv would be a good option. The problem is that every few weeks I need to unplug the tv to get one of the apps working again - usually Netflix. This is my second Samsung smart tv, and I will never buy one again as over time the apps can’t be updated to the latest version. You are better of buying a dumb tv for less money and putting an Amazon fire stick on it.

I bought this TV like 6 months ago, was working perfectly but like 2 months ago the volume is being on and off. I called customer support and still doesn’t work.

I bought this tv for a bedroom. The picture is fine but it is not a great t.v. It will get stuck and need to be disconnected/reconnected to get it to work again.

had for 3 years went blank, disappointed as it was a samsung. was great while it worked. I don't think however this was the norm.

Good Tv. Poor, Fuzzy picture when using as a computer monitor. Streaming is Good. Returned to store because of the poor picture quality. Returned for the 5500

The worst TV I have bought in ages (other than a 19" Insignia). It looks Ok on OTA TV, but for HD Netflix (noticed on Godless) it looks horrid. No matter what settings I have tried, it either looks jittery or like an old After School Special. I bought it for my office, but it is so bad, I just work from the living room now and have my Sony going instead. This thing hasn't even been turned on in over a month. Waste of money. The Hitachi I bought looked better.

Seems like a good purchase, but only had it for a month. The device did loose the wifi once, but a reset brought it back. Only time will tell.

The TV works well overall. The only downside is that I have to tell it to reconnect to the WiFi about half the times I turn it on.

We were told the frequent connection drops were a know issue- they were able to walk us through the fix over the phone.

Love the picture, but the tv does not turn on after being off for 8 plus hours

This tv is fine but only for a secondary tv not your main TV. There are better models for your maintv.

replaced ten year old 32 inch samsung thar started having top half of picture missing with 32m5300. could not get audio and video to sync{like bad lipsyncing]. also after about a week, i would have to power tv down momentarily to get tv to turn on or off. took back to best buy. they refunded with no questions. best buy great. samsung not so much,anymore.

Enjoy easy of switching between TV and internet. Easy channel surfing.

Clerk assured us it had Acorn TV capability but after purchase we found it did not.

The TV fits the space that i was trying to fill. the only bad part is that not enough HDMI ports
