I just got home with my new TV, and I'm furious. IT DOESN'T COME WITH A POWER CORD. I guess Samsung figures we all have extra power cords lying around and we'll just use our own. And not only do you have to have a power cord lying around, you have to have one that fits this specific power brick. I tried my laptop cable. Nope. Tried my old monitor cable. Nope. Not that I want to use my laptop or old monitor cables for the new monitor/TV... I NEED THEM FOR MY LAPTOP AND OLD MONITOR. So now I have to get dressed, drive back to the store, and spend more money because Samsung is too cheap to INCLUDE THE POWER CORD. I feel like just returning the TV. Why didn't someone in the store say, "Hey, you know this TV DOESN'T COME WITH THE POWER CORD YOU NEED TO GIVE IT POWER, right? You need to spend extra money if you want to turn your TV on. It's up to you, though. Apparently Samsung is cool if you just set it on your desk and look at it." So here I go. Back to the store.

Unboxed new TV and right from the start sound quality was horrible. I can't turn the volume up pas 15 without outrageous rattling. The picture is amazing, would be nice if the whole TV was amazing.

The tv is nice but the big power supply makes it hard to mount tight to the wall

Have to do the set up at least once per day, especially after shutting it off to leave. Funny, the 32” Samsung we bought two months ago never had thus issue, and set up automatically. Fast. Gawd help us if we watch a DVD, then it’s set up time again. Going to try a multi- remote to try to lasso this bucking bronco or I’ll just drag it back into the store by the power cord. No Samsung has ever acted this goofy for us. Yup, we bought the whole package. Maybe I should try some troubleshooting procedures first- wash it with the hose, hit it with my splitting maul. I know I’d feel better. Oh yeah. That Samsung sound bar we paid for? The bass doesn’t work. Do I need the maul for that too?? I will say the TV stand was very nice. Easy to set up and looks good. Maybe they give me that old Panasonic tv back. Picture sad, but at least it set up and worked.

Pictute good but TV stand worthless. Fell and broke

This TV is excellent if you have external speakers or use a headset. The speakers are VERY raspy even at low volumes and it makes almost no viewing experience worth it. Moved tv once (was very careful packing and shipping) and there was a small dark spot which was unfortunate.

we haven't watched it yet because it is for my son as Christmas gift.

I bought the tv as a Christmas gift to myself, I enjoyed every bit of this television except for a loud buzzing noise that it made in the background of everything that was playing. Everytime something loud on the tv happened like a car revving or someone yelling it would buzz like the speakers couldn’t handle it. It did this at all volumes.

great features, sharper image, good brand but size is small

Difficult to adjust settings from HDMI to cable input

I had higher expectations but it had a...ok picture. Some reason all of the settings like...gamma,sharpness, and nearly every setting was locked. It makes an AWEFUL monitor, but may be a nice tv? Picture may be alright for a tv.

The picture is pretty decent but the sound is terrible. If you turn it up past 18, the speakers have a terrible vibration buzz in them. 18 is not loud at all. It looks like it probably goes up to 100. Took it back and got a replacement and the second one has same problem. Don't waste your money unless you plan on pairing this with an external speaker setup.

1st time I have ever returned a Samsung item and there are many.Bad speaker.I purchased 2 because they were such a great buy.Best buy rules.Thanks again.Great customer service...

It has several design faults. You must to buy a compact sound bar to be able to hear clearly. Two supporting legs are too slim to support the TV. The menu is too cumbersome.

THis was the measurement I originally thought would be best for my available space. When it came it looked like a peanut on the ocean ! The Best Buy crew who came to install it on the wall mount suggested one size larger, so I traded this back in for a 40" which has proved to be just perfect in the space available, and is visible farther back into the rooms, as desired.

Had a great picture but had to return because the speakers were bad.
