The replacement tv is Still working and I have two other Samsung TVs that have worked for three years

Samsung Smart TV has terrible sound quality and some of the functionality such as cc does not work at all. Problems were reported to Best Buy and Samsung but not resolved. A waste of money.

I will be returning this tv... it has a speaker problem

Less than 8 months after purchasing, it won’t connect to WiFi. Software updates are current. It’s a flaw in this model. Worthless for me now. What a waste.

Bought as a gift. No problems when TV was set up but, two days later the screen was damaged and had not been in contact with anything. Corporate office said they had received many calls about this on Samsung brand TV's.

Bought this TV around black Friday of 2017. The screen comes on WHEN IT WANTS TO! It is only May 2018.

we bought an open box tv at the Manahawkin store...when we set it up in my son's dorm room 300 miles away from where we bought it, we discovered they had given us the wrong remote and wrong cables. Disappointed.

Bought this in Feb 2018, 1st TV defective out of the box. Replacement TV just lost video all together after only 17 months. I expected much better out of Samsung than this.

Purchased 12/13/18 and today (8/25/20) it seems to have died. Nothing is wrong with cables or service provider, it won't turn on. It's not even three years old!

I had to return the tv to the store less than 30 days from when I purchased. The tv had lines running down the screen.

If you love HD, you will love this tv. I did not. I returned it asap. For a small room, not for distance.

I bought this as a monitor, and used it probably less than 30hrs, and thats all it lasted, bought on April 2018, dead on October 2019

Having not had a TV for many years I was astonished to find how much you get for your money now. TV looks good and, amazingly, is pretty easy to figure out how to use. Remote control and menus don't take too long to work out — that's way better than average these days and is especially important given the lack of documentation (which is, sadly, common to all brands). Quite annoyed about the lack of a headphone jack, though. We're currently experimenting with various connector/adapter combinations in an effort to connect headphones.

Lasted two years. This is the second tv I have purchased from Best Buy that only lasted two years.

I bought this TV for my son as a Christmas present. He uses it mostly for gaming and Netflix. The picture is so crisp and vibrant! It's not even using 1080P. It is also super light weight so wall mounting is easy!

The 1080p picture is very good and the streaming features work well. I tested Vudu and Amazon and both worked. The sound is borderline unusable using the built-in speakers ... even at low volume, all low frequencies cause buzzing in the case that obscures the movie dialog. When paired with a Samsung Blu-ray player, the picture "strobed" (picture visible, then black screen, then visible, continually) until I played with the picture settings. Setting everything to "Auto" on both the TV and the Blu-ray player fixed the problem, but the firmware should do a better job of handshaking. The lack of sound output options (only optical is provided) is annoying ... I think that a 3.5 mm phono jack should be a requirement for a small set like this. A headphone jack and/or Bluetooth would also be nice additions. Overall, a good set but it needs to be used with external speakers, and you'll need to use an optical connection since that's all there is.

Clear picture and sound is fine. I don't notice the sound issues others have mentioned. My understanding is that with a thin tv of this size sound just isn't going to be that great no matter what tv you get. There's just not enough room to have a great speaker... or the tv companies just assume you'll get a sound bar if you care. It's fine for my use in a guest room. I originally bought the Samsung 32" 720 (not a smart tv) to pair with the amazon fire stick, but returned it because the fire stick requires a power source and it's plug is way too big (made the tv stick out). The picture quality also wasn't great. Returned it for this one and am much happier. All the apps I want are there and/or can be downloaded, including DirectTV NOW. I'm using wifi and have no issues (and my router is on another floor). One thing to note is this TV does not come with mounting screws and the mount I bought didn't have compatible screws. So if you're going to wall mount it, just make sure your mount comes with the right screws or you order them.

Would not put this TV in any room but an office. Plays great, but looks like it came out of a Crackerjack box. It's like putting a computer monitor in a custom built den cabinet.
