Skips and lags on streaming video or doesn't load

Poor performer can't compete against TVs half to a third its price. I bought this TV expecting quality for the high price near $300, yet the apps were slow loading, if the would load at all. A lot of frustrating intervention was necessary to try to reload videos. My Vizio from several years ago seemed to work without issue. The remote is also very cheap. The LED backlight is dim and buttons are unreadable in the dark as well as crowded. Buttons too close to navigation buttons will really mess you up. To be clear, the wifi connection is close and strong. It happens whether it is running cool or longer periods of time.

    Uneven green faces

My main gripe with this TV is that the skin tone of people's faces appears unevenly a tinge green. For example, a person's upper half of their face looks natural while the bottom half looks a tinge green, and at other times, it's the other way around where one side of their face looks natural while the other side looks green. And, sometimes the green is patchy, such as a green forehead and green around the mouth while the rest of the face looks natural. The same goes for the neck. It's even that way with the tint set to the highest red. It would have been nice to have the Guide button on the remote. The sound is ok, I wish it had surround sound. The one positive is the Smart Hub; it's speedy fast, and I like the white layout of the interface, and the way each app displays above itself what I had last viewed in the respective apps.

just to bad a couple months later the screen turned a beautiful pitch black color with sounds only but wait it's not 1918 I got it in 2018 but if it were 1918 it would still be great cause the speakers are much louder than I would have guessed. I don't have to go full volume to hear anything just can't see anything so that part bums me out cause I don't remember if I got it insured and if I don't remember it must mean I didn't insure it cause it is a Samsung, well I'm here to tell all of you insurance is almost always a waste of money for me unless I save my money and decline I insuring my product those always are the only ones that mess up on me personally... so if you don't want insurance don't feel safe buying Samsung for the name and usual great products like I did, because they all aren't great for as long as they all ALL should be

Having Trouble getting it to work with Cable

The TV is okay as far as picture. I have not been able to get it to recognize any of my cable channels other then TBS. It just goes to TBS and will not let me navigate to any other channels or input them directly. Will probably have to hire Geek Squad to straighten it out or return it.

It has a pretty decent picture but the build in speakers are complete garbage. Decided to get a Samsung soundbar to go with it so no real issues there. I’m starting to think there is an issue with the HDMI ports though. I returned my roku streaming stick, thinking that there was an issue with the Roku. But now, I’m having issues when I hook my Switch up to the TV. The audio and video are just fine when I use the Smart TV apps but whenever I switch to HDMI, the sound starts to cut out at irregular intervals and the video quality is inconsistent. I am debating returning the TV.

The TV green goes black for no apparent reason. Trying to get back to the main menu is virtually impossible. It's always breaking off contact with the internet. The internal speakers are awful I have to turn the volume all the way up to hear anything and then the neighbors complain. Not to mention the remote does not light up so in the dark, it's not easy to find the right buttons.

I bought two of these for a rental property. 1 arrived with half the screen broken so make sure you test it before throwing away the receipt. If you absolutely have to have a 32" then this seems to be as good as it gets. However, if you can fit a 40" do yourself a favor and spend a bit more money on the samsung 6300 series. Its a better TV for not too much more money.

I have had this TV 2 1/2 years and it's falling apart. The volume on the remote works only intermittently. The TV won't download new apps, though it is supposed to. It's fine when it's working, but after 2 1/2 years of modest use, it's dying.

Very disappointed that the sound on this tv cuts out often for short periods of time. Support solution was to unplug and replug after 60 seconds but that hasn't solved the problem. The picture is great and set up was ok but this is a serious problem that seems to happen often to Samsung tv's.

I wanted a smaller TV in my exercise area so I could watch while working out. The picture is fine but the sound is terrible. At maximum volume you can't hear it over the sound of the treadmill. I'm shocked the speakers are so bad. I literally have it cranked to 100 and it has average sound. I will continue to try to play with the settings but nothing has worked so far. I usually love Samsung but this is a disappointment.

    Trouble with apps

Bought this for my elementary school daughter. The kids have cut the cord and only stream, so I thought this smart tv would be a good option. The problem is that every few weeks I need to unplug the tv to get one of the apps working again - usually Netflix. This is my second Samsung smart tv, and I will never buy one again as over time the apps can’t be updated to the latest version. You are better of buying a dumb tv for less money and putting an Amazon fire stick on it.

The worst TV I have bought in ages (other than a 19" Insignia). It looks Ok on OTA TV, but for HD Netflix (noticed on Godless) it looks horrid. No matter what settings I have tried, it either looks jittery or like an old After School Special. I bought it for my office, but it is so bad, I just work from the living room now and have my Sony going instead. This thing hasn't even been turned on in over a month. Waste of money. The Hitachi I bought looked better.
