I haven't turned on the TV yet, waiting on the grandsons to remove the old TV and get this one up and running. BUT who ever was the product design engineer on these legs that have to be put on, should maybe review his design! It actually took close to 2 hours to get the wobbly legs on. I've tightened and tightened to no avail. Also, between where the screws go, there is another hole and I tightened a screw into that...ask me how long it took to get that one out! Hopefully I'll be able to come back and review the TV as being wonderful, but right now, I'm not too happy. Where are the darn pedestals! Below reviews are based on the legs only!!

Good value tv for the money. Easy to set up. Great size

This tv is dark. I was shocked as this is my 4th Samsung. I was replacing a 12 yr old LCD Samsung and the picture is twice as good with the old one. I wanted a smart tv which is why I got the new one, and it def serves its purpose, but I was expecting more from Samsung as they have the reputation for having the brightest displays.

Salesman was a little confusing. I thought he asked if I had a rewards card, I said yes because I did a long time ago. He said he could not find it, so I thought he was signing me up for a rewards card, not a charge card. I didn't want a charge card! So I just accepted it anyway. The manager texted me about the incident and was very helpful and courteous. I'm very pleased with her!!!
