However this model had an issue with downloading the Xfinity Stream Beta app. Tried to do upgrades and updates to no avail. TV will be going back. Already picked up a LG model and it works great including the Xfinity app.

Had to call and get help with that and setting up the needed control for the hand control from bluestream.

But, it took such a long time to process my application of install payments. You asked same questions many times. I have very good credit report and financial back ground. Just don't understand why it took a long time. Hope this won't happen to your new customer in the future. Otherwise, I like to buy all electrical products at your store.
