My eyes aren't good for distance, so maybe I'm really rating my eyes. My family can read it just fine. Of her than that, no complaints.

Purchased recently and delivered to the house ... we put it in place without any problems, hooking it up to cable. The image is bright and looks good both in daytime and evening.

Not sure if it is the TV or the cable box. If I unplug the TV and then plug it in it works. I have bought several Samsung TVs over the last 30 years. Never had a problem. Will continue to buy Samsung TVs.
