This is a smart TV, but not that smart. It is annoying to use the remote to do old school texting to navigate web addresses and apps. But the picture is good for the price, but it is old tech. spend a little more and get a newer model.

The TV is good, the over the phone assistance in installation was rude and at best highly inaccurate. The in home technician, when we were able to get beyond the incompetent one, was very good.

Prolem 3 days aftervwe had itvset up with Xfinity and working.it slid on to the floor and broke so we. Can not commeng further on performance. WE WILL BUY ANO TH HER ONE FROM.YOU WHEN WE SAVEBUP.ENOUGH MONEY HOWEVER

When I have first received the TV it was working fine for a day and a half before it had died. I have done a variety of troubleshooting to get it to vome back on including plugging it into another outlet. Most likely the TV was faulty from the beginning or it was refurbished. After contacting Best Buy and informing them of the issue, they have sent me an new one that one is working wonderfully and so far no issues.

This a great TV works just as good as the lager Samsung we have. and we had it going on 3 years now with no issues.

My son loves his new television, thank you Best Buy.

If your looking for a simple tv just to watch your shows this product is a good option for that. I would recommend it.

Nice tv, the only thing i have a problem with is it wont work right with my spectrum tv app. Have to use a roku stick, so much for a smart tv

Good buy for the money. However, most of the options given for adjustments are not available i.e., the pause/reverse button that allows past hour of CURRENT show, also not able to darken picture, which is too light.

We were pleased with the Geek Squad who credited us toward a new TV instead of repairing the old one. Salesmen at Best Buy in Fargo, ND was helpful and polite. Checkout clerk was knowledgeable and efficient.

I bought this as an extra tv and hooked it up wirelessly. I don't even have it hooked up to our carrier's cable but get plenty of movies and tv programs to watch for free + options to purchase at reasonable prices.

I really like this tv. My only regret is that I did not upgrade to the 1080 screen. I was so used to the HD 1080. Other than that, I enjoy it.

This TV is only a year old and something is wrong with the tv speaker. Even though the sound is turned down to a 1, the sound is loud and distorted.

The only thing I am not happy about w/TV is if you are not right in front of the TV, the color of the picture is almost black and white. That may be something I could adjust, but I have not found it. Review by Pat Supak

I like but sound is little going up and down when you watch different channel. You adjust the volume. Otherwise is good.

The tv works great not hard to program. The issue with one I received did not have all of the parts. The screws that attach feet to screen missing. Made trip to hardware store to buy several screws sizes to find one that would work

Good product for secondary tv for smaller rooms with the ability to access to internet apps for streaming and portability.
