This is our third Samsung TV and we love the way they all seamlessly support our streaming services. Great quality at a very good price.

I have never had a bad experience with Samsung TVs. I purchased my first flatscreen TV in 2007, a Samsung that lasted 16 years. Unfortunately, this latest tv didn't last 16 days. My wife and I allow each of our children to redecorate their bedroom when they finish the 5th grade. It was my son's turn this year, and we surprised him with this tv in his room (his first). He absolutely loved it until he came to us after about 12 days and said the screen was dark. We didn't think much about it, just assumed he changed the video settings. About 3 days later, he complained again. I went to check on it, and I saw that when the tv first powered on, the screen was very dark and flickered with lines and screen quality of an old VHS tape. After a few minutes, it would start to look normal. Unfortunately for us, the return period was only for 14 days. We hoped that it would get better, but within the next few days, the screen quality only deteriorated. Now, it's completely unusable. We took it off his wall and will be taking it to the local dump for disposal. $200 literally in the trash. (Samsung requires the original receipt for warranty work, which we did not keep). And no, we did not purchase a warranty from Best Buy. While I don't expect every tv to last 16 years, I would expect a product purchased from a quality retailer like Best Buy to be a quality product. This product was the opposite.

This Samsung smart television is a lot better than the LG I returned. Volume control s better and I can her the programs without tuning the volume up so loud

This TV was purchased for placement in remodeled master bathroom. I'm waiting for contractors to finish the bathroom prior to Best Buy installing TV on wall

Nice, lightweight TV. We bought it to watch in kitchen while preparing meals. Probably would have gone a bit larger in retrospect. We are an older couple with less than perfect vision.

Good. Second choice. Preferred LG. No 32” at store. So far a good TV.

Good. But difficult to set up The directions could have been a lot clearer. A screwdriver should have been included.

Best TV on the market!!! i brought these for my kids and they love them. We have 4 Samsung in the house and they all perform flawlessly.

All was really excellent that is except for delivery date. Started one day the they changed it then then it changed again.

It’s work good. Haven’t had any trouble with the TV. Does the job. I bought this TV for my KiDs. They really use it for Netflix and Disney+.

A good, basic smart TV that has apps installed - no need for the full google TV experience.

Reliable small tv. We’ve had not issues with this smart TV. Consistent internet connections and antenna. Viewing angle is good too.
