I have not yet tried the smart feature or tried to figure it out. Will some time in the future....not sure what it is all about or if it will be a benefit to me yet. Just glad I can watch TV

I love Samsung Smart TV's. Easy to setup and easy to manage remotely. Love the screen quality. Sound can be better, but this TV is worth the price.

First bought a tv, got it home and screen was completely cracked. Exchanged i5 for same type. So far tv is good. Sometimes it disconnects from program I am watching. We will see how this holds up.

One of three smart TV's allows us to do away with cable boxes and cable wiring on two of the three TV's. Excellent cable reception through WIFI provided by cable provider through Smart TV WIFI.

I generally like Samsung products but this TV has been a disappointment. The general quality is okay for the price but the big issue with this TV is that the picture is too dark in movies and shows. Any low light or nightime activity in shows/movies is simply too dark to follow the action. Have compared with other TVs in my house and there is a very stark difference. Have tried to adjust brightness and other settings on the TV but nothing improves the ability to follow action in darker settings. Have tired to work with this for over a month now but will take it back and get a different one.

Love this tv has so many channels who needs cable not me. If your looking for a tv that has everything try samsung smart

I bought this for my Lil Sis and she's been happy with it. She really didnt have a choice since Samsung is the onlly Brand I buy.

Had it for a while and it still Works like brand new. It has a lot of features and i love it.

This TV was alright really it was easy to install and yet up I wish it had more accessibility to the setting and and app

I was pleased with your delivery service. It was an extremely rainy night. The TV box was bagged in plastic and driver rang my door bell and brought the TV in! Really appreciated that.

Good buy but very disappointed that missing remote was not listed on the online order didn’t find out until after we picked it up

My granddaughter was thrilled with this TV. She said it had a much better picture than her mom & dad's TV, along with the features of a smart TV.

Quick and good experience with this Best Buy. This Best Buy had the TV. We origianlly went to the Downers Grove Best Buy to find this TV, but they didn't have it. That is why I took off one star, because we were pressed for time and this was a little incovenient.

When you turn the tv on,Don’t like the text which takes up haft the picture screen, you have to click on the EXIT button or wait for the text to disappears. It’s is quite annoying. Other wise it gives a ver sharp picture.

Great entry level TV. TVs in this size class won't give you the most current 4k HD experience, but that's not what they're for. Great kitchen/bar/bedroom TV.

Had no problem setting it up and enjoying watching cable channels and streaming purchased apps. Only problem is the sound isn’t that great but acceptable as a secondary TV. I’m happy since it was inexpensive.

This TV has been great so far...our only disappointment was closing such a small size! We just upgraded to a 65" that gets installed tomorrow by Geek Squad...very excited as Samsung has been very reliable over the years!

Bought this as a open box buy, was just as new, new except for the remote. Ordered from a separate and saved money, love the TV and BiesTbuy!
