Be careful of the model of samsung smart tv. this exact model DOES NOT support hulu, despite the description on this website! Got this home, tried and tried to get hulu from the app store. Contacted Samsung to find out it isn't compatible with this model. come on Best Buy, this is the second product you have sold me that wasn't like it is described. I own 4 samsung smart tv's and recommend the brand highly. But Best Buy burned me and will be getting this one back

I have never had a bad experience with Samsung TVs. I purchased my first flatscreen TV in 2007, a Samsung that lasted 16 years. Unfortunately, this latest tv didn't last 16 days. My wife and I allow each of our children to redecorate their bedroom when they finish the 5th grade. It was my son's turn this year, and we surprised him with this tv in his room (his first). He absolutely loved it until he came to us after about 12 days and said the screen was dark. We didn't think much about it, just assumed he changed the video settings. About 3 days later, he complained again. I went to check on it, and I saw that when the tv first powered on, the screen was very dark and flickered with lines and screen quality of an old VHS tape. After a few minutes, it would start to look normal. Unfortunately for us, the return period was only for 14 days. We hoped that it would get better, but within the next few days, the screen quality only deteriorated. Now, it's completely unusable. We took it off his wall and will be taking it to the local dump for disposal. $200 literally in the trash. (Samsung requires the original receipt for warranty work, which we did not keep). And no, we did not purchase a warranty from Best Buy. While I don't expect every tv to last 16 years, I would expect a product purchased from a quality retailer like Best Buy to be a quality product. This product was the opposite.

Good monitor with great but not fantastic color resolution. Good response time for the types of games i play, which are strategy games, not FPS games.

We bought this for my sons dorm. He wanted to be able to watch Netflix and other subscription services. Works great!

I had to return the first one because the screen had a black blob on it. However, the second one is working as it should.

It’s a great tv setup wise and to operate. I wasn’t real impressed with the picture quality...but you can’t expect 1080p out of a 720p tv. But it’s good for the children’s room!
