Won't play apps like Hulu or Disney

Very disappointed with this one (about my 4th Samsung and last). It will not play certain shows on apps like Hulu or Disney, but my other TV, which is not a Samsung, plays these shows just fine. Apparently it is a well-known issue with samsung. It is also very sluggish with response time with the remote.
