    I had a misunderstanding about an app I had installed on old tv, that was not on the tv. Told i had to call Samsung and they'd walk me thru purchasing what i already have on other tvs. Called Samsung and got an answering machine. Leave my number. Never did get a call. I returned the tv.

    I have been a faithful Samsung Tv customer for at least two decades now and unfortunately, this purchase has been my first dud. The mechanism that reads the wifi signal on this device simply is not strong enough to read the wifi in any house. As a result, the customer must reset the tv every time you turn it on. To make matters worse, I bought this tv for my daughter, so I didn't set it up right away. When I took it back to Best Buy they would not accept it because it was after 14 days.... I took it back 24 days later. So now I am stuck with a TV that I have to reset every time I use it.
