This model has an incorrect country code in the programming that prevents it from being able to recognize Hulu. Hulu isn't pre-loaded and I wasn't able to download the app after many hours of trying. I found out what the problem was by googling it and found a community discussion site. I had to return it and get a 5000 series which worked as it should.

Horrible, horrible service. BestBuy chose Roadie to deliver my TV and the courier would not take inside my business. She stated she was going to leave in the parking lot when the restaurant was open. I purchase hundreds of TVs a year from BestBuy and customer support could not help me. If you buy from BestBuy and have it delivered do not have Roadie deliver it for you.

Stopped powering on December 30,,,, sad Great picture for a couple of weeks

The TV is just your average TV, but the speakers just died and It's past it's no return date. I bought it in May and this is Aug 31st. IT's not even my main TV. I only use it occasionally. I probably won't buy another item at Best Buy because of how cheap this product is. The customer service is terrible too. No onw would even hwlp me with my problem.

A dumb smart TV. Awful remote and requires invasive Samsung app.

My tv turns off on its own about twice a month as requires me to get up and unplug my tv from the wall. My controller also does disconnect randomly

Tv is too small for our room been trying trade it for a larger one but no one will answer the phone for 2 days now

No adjustment for picture and sound. Also doesn't get all digital channels. And you can not manually pick channels.

The TV doesn't show a real very clear picture the color isn't very clear

It is a good television that has internet capability but it always disconnect from your Wi-fi

called samsung to get help programming my dish remote didnt get much help still have to use two remotes

Would NOT buy another one. I own 4 Samsung TVs and this is the worst, very slow, I wish i could trade it in for a better one. My 30 days were up and I didn't get a chance to watch it much then. Now I m finding more home time, And finding that there are better models available by Samsung maybe finding a better sales consultant for the next TV .

Purchased this TV only because the Best Buy website said it would be available for pick up THAT DAY at my local store. Upon completing my purchase and submitting my payment, I was advised it would be shipped to the store and available for pickup 10 days later. Bait & switch. Irritating. Gave up and waited to be notified when TV arrived and picked it up then.

Maybe its just me, but the sound out of the TV speaker is lousy. The equalizer has no effect on the sound at all. Had I been past the return time limit, I believe I would return it

Instructions for use. Insufficient. Would prefer it be in booklet form rather than online.
