It doesn't recognize the Hulu app

Hulu isn't pre-loaded and I wasn't able to download the app after many hours of trying. I found out what the problem was by googling it and found a community discussion site. I had to return it and get a 5000 series which worked as it should.

The manual was of no use and the instore sales associates could not explain it to me after I made several trips back to ask questions.

Upon completing my purchase and submitting my payment, I was advised it would be shipped to the store and available for pickup 10 days later. Bait & switch. Irritating. Gave up and waited to be notified when TV arrived and picked it up then.
