Poor Quality

Very disappointed in quality of this tv. This is our 4th Samsung TV but the picture quality of this TV needs to be adjusted for each show you watch. You adjust so it is good for one program and then it's to dark for another and vice versa. The sound is very poor also. It is like it's muffled and when you turn up the volume it's just loud and muffled. It's wall mounted so that can be the problem. Do not buy this TV.

Very poor tv

Not worth buying even if a good price, we gave up and bought a better more expensive tv.

Smart TV functions lag

I have GB internet and it constantly times out and goes back to the home screen. Not recommended if you will be using the smart apps only. Recommended if you have a cable box or streaming (roku/apple tv) device.

The sound in Samsung was horrible! It had a very "tinny" sound to it. I needed a TV in our kitchen and I do not have room for a sound bar. This TV definitely needs a soundbar.

Product good, buying experience poor

As customer we were “in the middle” between in hone consultants, Best Buy and Geek Squad. Real issues here in how they are structured so each pointing fingers at the other and we the customer left to try to work through.

Pretty Decent TV
