    It is a nice tv but I thought it would’ve been a better picture quality when I stream from my phone to the TV the video doesn’t fit the whole TV many others small details I saw but it’s ok I would recommend

    I wish I listened to the previous reviews on this TV. The speakers blew after the return period. Best Buy says there’s nothing they can do. Skip this TV

    tv stand legs didnt work, tv was fine but defective legs made it need to be returned.

    Started out nice. Alright picture, good sound. But now the sound is either very low (had it set to 50 and it sounded like it was on 5), or not there at all, the picture has that horrendous judder. This all happened just after the return by date.

    Cable Company's TV Remote cannot control volume. The frequency of the TV Volume Control used by this cable company not compatible with Samsung, even though a Programming Code is provided.

    Dont know if the tv is any good, as it arrived with a cracked screen. The box was flimsy and had no protection for the screen portion of the tv. After waiting for 2 weeks for delivery and then having to return the broken tv to the store, the whole process sucked. Ended up buying a different brand (Insignia), where the screen was properly wrapped and protected with foam. Samsung was my first choice for the tv, but not a great experience.

    This TV works perfect for what I need. My only criticism is that I wish it would have a higher refresh rate. With all the advancements in television, you would think the refresh rates would be increasing as well.
