Bought two of these for our twins rooms and neither will stay connected to WiFi. All other devices and our other TVs works just fine and they are farther away from the router / modem. I would not recommend this tv for anyone who plans on streaming on it....ever

I finally refused delivery after almost 4 weeks. THE BROWN TRUCK CO TOLD ME MOST EVERY DAY ITS ARRIVING. IT DIDNT. I TRIED TO CONTACT BEST BUY. GOOD LUCK YOU CANT TALK TO A PERSON. SO BYE BYE BEST BUY

Quite disappointed that the wireless connection did not stream NETFLIX from a wireless hot spot, while my 10 year old Macbook Pro connected to the NETFLIX streaming while it was sitting right next to the TV connecting to the same hotspot.

I did not purchase a Samsung television 6/22/2023. The number listed (909-720-881) in my email for the primary phone number is not my telephone number. I called the Customer Service line to correct this error. After I got through to Customer Service I was put on hold for over a half hour without resolving the problem. Later, when I called back I was not able to speak with anyone after waiting for approximately 20 minutes.

I bought this at an outlet and it turned off every 10 minutes by itself.

Excelling condition but was disappointed because it came with no remote

Why can’t you have an option to change the remote frequency it really annoying when you turn off the tv and it turns off the other tv in the next room

This is a completely worthless TV. We have 7 other Samsungs, no issues. The tuner on this model is horrific. It will not scan and tune all the digital channels. All of our other Samsung’s donut flawlessly. Now I’m past the return period and I’m stuck with a tv that sucks and will not scan in all of my channels. AVOID this tv at all costs. Worst tv purchase of my lifetime.

After having this TV of a short time I started getting a problem with the TV turning itself on after I had turned it off. Now I have contacted Samsung they want to charge me to come and correct this problem that is in the power module. I do not recommend anyone purchase this brand of TV.

It’s a great tv but the tv stand is terrible . Too short screws . Had trouble time with screws.

The Samsung 32 inch TV was rather difficult to install and sync up with wifi. The Best Buy staff were very courteous and helpful.

You didn’t have the one I wanted in inventory. I had to buy at least 1 that day. The next TV’s I bought from Amazon. It was quicker than waiting for you to get them. I needed 5 TVs overall. You blew it. now I’m stuck with this one from you.

This television performs as advertised! This is a nice upgrade from my previous model!

Less than two months after purchase, I have repeatedly experienced an issue where I have audio but no picture. When I unplug the power connection and replug it into the tv, the picture returns. However, this is a clear defect.

Advertised on Best Buy website as Hulu friendly, not the case. Samsung customer service says that Hulu is not compatible with this model. And another thing, the keyboard that pops up when you search, etc., is extremely difficult to read. Like shrunken text from a 1980s video game. Swapped this tv for the LG 32” so far so good

the stand is very cheap and unstable. internet says its not connected but in settings it says that it is. pain.

The clarity is poor. Fuzzy picture. I would not recommend this TV. No natural colors. Too Bright. Unable to tone everything down to natural tones. I returned this TV

I bought this tv for my daughter for her birthday. She has no complaints and can finally enjoy watching Netflix on her own tv instead of in the living room.

This tv is horrible will not stay connected to the internet i caint watch anything. Really sucks.

the picture is okay but when you turn up the sound it buzzes and rattles taking away from the viewing experience
