Purchased TV on line; picked it up at store. Nice smooth process. The TV, on the otherhand, is not what I had hoped for. The sound is "small", the screen images are not crisp, and is basically disppointing. It does everything that was advertised, just less than desired.

No complaints thus far! This Samsung is being enjoyed in the guest bedroom! Perfect size, and picture and sound is good!

Easy to set up and excellent quality, very pleased with my purchase.

Not a strong tv. Sound started going slightly staticky. If its for a kid best you mount it to.

If you recommend this to someone you’re either terrible or hate them. The build quality is complete trash, if you try and rotate this tv it flexes so much it feels like the actual screen is going to come out. The plastic around the edges is cheap and also doesn’t feel like it’s in place and you can’t even tighten the stands all the way down so guess what they flex too. Not to mention when you pick the thing up you can hear things rattle and move on the inside. Picture is ok from a distance but up close you might as well watch tv static or consider looking at the sun till you go blind it’s so bad. This tv’s perfect for throwing out of windows at college parties and if you were wondering what it’s like to have glaucoma. It makes you set up a Samsung account too LMAO which is ideal for you creatures that live under a rock and still use a Samsung phone. Debating on if I want to return it or just leave it outside for trash.

When the youtube tv app is selected, half the time it will not switch. You have to unplug the tv from the power outlet, wait 10 seconds, then plug it back in. What a pain!

This tv was for my sister. She liked the tv and it was great until the screen kept turning black. This was probably thing that sealed the deal. It was returned and another tv was purchase. I just do not why but I did not want to deal this issue.

I bought this tv in September of last year as a gift to my son, who moved to Idaho, after about 8 months of purchasing the tv, all of a sudden the tv got a vertical black line on the screen and I,,'ve been trying to get someone to repair it,but Samsung hasn't done anything, Samsung's website keeps buffering and you can't put your information in, DON'T BUY SAMSUNG!!!

TV itself is fine but apparently there are ads built into to the smart tv software. I thought I was buying a tv not selling them the right to advertise at me. This "feature" is hidden in their terms. If I had known it was there, I would not have got this TV. Super disappointed. There is no way to turn it off : /

Smart Menu has ads and a restrictive smart menu that prevents you from removing pre-installed aps.
