Excellent picture quality. We bought Samsung to use with the Spectrum app. However, the app was slow to load (TV or Spectrum fault unknown) so we did have to use the box instead. We also cannot access the Guide for some reason, which may be the Spectrum remote itself, and may have to be replaced. However, I didn't include these minor adjustments to my overall rating, since these issues may be with Spectrum and not the TV. Overall, we are very pleased with the TV itself.

The TV's reception is fine, visual effects are fine, but the stand or the legs are horrible. My 1st TV fell down a few times due to the shaky legs. Thank God I had the extended warranty and Total Tech Support and was able to get a replacement. I would highly recommend Total Tech Support with all Best Buy electronics otherwise the consumer is doomed.

I got this tv for my guest bedroom at a very affordable price. The picture is so clear and sharp. Very easy to operate. Love it!

I use this TV in my kitchen, where I spend most of my time. I have now purchased three of these TVs, so obviously I am happy with it. It has a clear, bright picture and the sound is very good for the price. It was easy to order online and delivery was fast, even in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic. I am very pleased with this purchase. Setting it up and syncing it to our wireless router was a little challenging.

The 32 inch set is light and easy to move about. It has a very bright picture and good sound. We are very pleased with the TV.

Bought this open box tv for my 104 year old mom in a nursing hone. I had to return a new toshiba I got from Best Buy on Amazon because it arrived defective. Best buy did the return for me with no issue and I bought the Samsung for a replacement. She’s very happy with the new one. The staff at Best Buy was the best and they took good care of me.

Good picture, Easy to use and setup. Nice remote as well. This particular model of the Samsung line, however, does not accept the Spectrum TV app. So beware, if that's important to you.

Had to replace TV due to lightning strike. This one is easy to setup and the picture is clear. Great purchase esp with the sales price!

This is a good size TV for a small bedroom. It hooks up really easily to tv channels without even having an antennae.

Very pleased quality of the picture. I do not like the leg-stand. Did not screw in as tight as it should be, so it seems flimsy.

I love the TV. It works great for streaming and and has a crisp display when I play my Xbox series x or Asus ROG Ally Docked on it. The size of the TV is just big enough. it is not to big and not to small. It works well in a small room, office space or apartment. I would recommend this TV to anyone.
