This TV has cool features. The remount buttons are smaller than I prefer, but the picture is sharp and bright. It is also easy to use apps on this TV.

The TV itself is actually great, especially for the price. Just... be aware that if you buy open-box/refurb, there's a non-zero chance you'll get the wrong remote, and they can't help you except in store.

Great little TV for a guest room or kitchen counter, easy set up and great picture

This TV was purchased to replace a bedroom TV so I decided to take a chance on the lower priced 720p res to help keep the price down. The picture quality was a big surprise...excellent quality! And this one came we a "normal" full size remote, which is something my two larger Samsungs did not have. The smart hub is a little clumsy at times but capable of streaming everything. Great TV...Great Price...Fast delivery! It's only a month old, but I am expecting the same great Samsung service I am used to.

Easy setup, nice picture out of the box and created a custom setting to tweak the picture. Recognized WIFI network (skipped the setup), as it’s being used as a tv and not the smart features for now. No Roku or Fire tv account needed as with some Smart TVs. Also has good sound that has adjustable settings.

Had not seen in person prior to purchase. Great picture, also happy with sound, Feet attached easily. Programming was way faster than with older TV we were replacing - had it running minutes after out of box (antenna and online). Easy to add YouTubeTV app as had done on another TV recently. External speakers we had used with old TV did not work. Did not like how far apart feet are (wider than our current shelf, but knew this before purchase and it is now standard safety practice).

Very easy to set up and connect to wifi. Love the SamsungTV feature. I don't even watch network tv anymore
