Picked up the tv, the box was badly damaged, but the attendant took it out of the box and we examined it and found no obvious damage. It was plugged in and worked fine. I took it home and mounted it on a wall mount without any difficulty. hooked it up and it works fine. I got an optical to analog (rca plugs), plugged it in to my old pre-amp and got good sound. So far excellent picture with no complaints.

Set up so easy with my other samsung products in app set up good quality tv lots of features and programs with price a perfect 100 will continue to buy samsung always!

Great picture for such a low price. I bought this for a rental. You can never go wrong with Samsung. It's sometimes a challenge to go through all of the menu's during set up but it's worth the features and picture quality at this price.

The good: Inexpensive; good quality so far; 1080p is just right for the bandwidth that I get where I live; remote is the same that other Samsungs that I have. The bad: I'm only using it with a Roku stick, but the TV keeps nagging me to connect it to the network each time it starts.

The Samsung TV works perfectly, has a crisp picture and was fairly easy to set up.

After using the manual that I downloaded from the Samsung website onto my computer desktop, I made minor adjustments to lessen the intense bright yellows and greens, and do like the picture using the Live-TV Air option with my leaf-type antenna. Also, the downloaded Samsung manual will come in handy if I decide to use the smart TV internet or cable option in the future.

Love that u can hook it to my phone to control it and power it off.

I bought this for my daughter’s 15th bday as her first tv and she loves it!! It was very simple to set up, her and I did it together in about 15 minutes. The picture quality is so crisp and clear. The apps and features for the tv are a plus as well. She can mirror her phone, play music from her phone, the Echo, or the tv. Sound quality is very good, no distortion detected on higher volumes. I would definitely recommend!!

Bought TV as a replacement for bedroom. Colors are great , ease of set up. Very light.

I needed a tv with wifi and this one fit the bill without breaking the bank. Great picture and has a decent sound. I only buy Samsung. They have over 200 free channels.

Very pleased with the picture quality and features. I replaced a non-smart TV that was 12 years old. Picture quality is much improved over old model. I also like the fact that Samsung models work with Spectrum without a cable box as long as you have a Spectrum subscription and internet.

I was looking to upgrade from my very old (>20years), TV to a newer one. A lot has changed since I bought my last one. The person that assisted me was very helpful and answered all my questions. Unfortunately, the TV was not in stock. I ordered it online and the system said it would arrive that afternoon. It did! Best buying experience in a long time.
