TV has a Great picture quality. Remote should have have a better way to change channels. you can't go up and down channels . you have to manuelly change the channel by pressing the numbers.

Was a gift for my dad just because. He is constantly telling me how much an improve it is with a crisp picture over his old TV. Not to mention the integration with Netflix and apps is far more intuitive than a Fire Stick. Plus Samsung is a brand I trust to provide a quality product.

Nice little TV for the bedroom. Great picture. Easy to use remote. Sound volume is not the best. Would recommend sound bar with this TV.

I had this tv before and broke the screen. Bought another one and still like it. Easy to set up, great picture and sound. I needed a sound bar, how I knocked over and had to buy this one, but sound is fine without the bar.

I have to adjust the volume up or down every time I change a channel. Also, the distortion on every regular cable channel is so severe that I must watch everything in 4.3 resolution which makes the screen size closer to a 27 inch picture because of the large black margins around the picture. The streaming channels come in perfectly using the full screen with no distortion.

Good tv for the price. Light weight and easy to mount to wall hanging bracket.

Love this TV! It has great sound, beautiful picture, and was a breeze to set up with my DirecTV remote. We use it in the kitchen (so it gets a lot of use) and I tell my wife almost every day I'm really glad we bought this.

a tv without a complicated remote! Numbers and english words, not just symbols. The box labeled Samsung. Easy home page. Plug it in and it worked, there are paper directions! didn't need to access internet!

Perfect for the guest bedroom. I go in there sometimes and watch TV too. It was far better because one of the Best Buy TV sales people was on the phone the evening I brought this home and guided me through the set up from her Colorado Best Buy Store. Easy for me.

This is our second Samsung Smart TV. Its easy to set up and picture is great. Best Buy always offer great prices for electronics and movies we want to buy. Been a member of tech services for over 5 years - always great experience when needed.

GREAT PICTURE AND SOUND. EASY TO SET UP AND USE THE REMOTE.

It's too early to evaluate this new Samsung 32" TV. I have had it only a few weeks. So far, no issues. I am pleased with the simplicity of "On" /"Off" features, as my last TV took longer before it came on. I will know more later as I explore some of the features it may offer, that I am not taking advantage of right now, Thank You
