I ordered this tv online. I was able to get free delivery so I had it delivered to my home. Everything looked good so I unpacked the tv and installed it in my grandsons room on a wall mount. It gave me some problems when setting it up like it couldn't find the WI-FI, but then it eventually did. Looked good so I turned it off. When my grandson arrived the following weekend, the tv did not work. It turned on, the screen froze, and made some weird sounds. It then turned off and on by itself. I turned it off, turned the tv off and went to turn the tv back on, but it would not turn back on. I then called BestBuy to exchange it, but they say it was one day out of warranty. I talked to the manager and he gave me a new one because it was one day out of warranty. He suggested that I purchase a warranty for this tv, so I did. I never had to purchase a warranty for a Sony tv, so next time I will purchase Sony.

I had purchased 3 Samsung televisions for my kids to enjoy in their rooms,which are cable wire free. These smart TVs allows you to enjoy cable without the hassle while enjoying great quality.

Good TV even the price. The TV that went to the wrong area of Florida for 12 days even when the delivery tracker said on the way. I'M at a lost that my few dealings with this company online services hasn;t been the best. I never had problems with in-store. CIVID-!9 truly showed the failures of company.

Bought two of these Samsung Smart tv to get rid of my spectrum cable rental boxes.You can get the spectrum app on this TV.Go to apps and type in Spectrum and download the app. Great picture and the volume is pretty good.

Bought this tv for a bedroom. Was easy to install. Great picture

Been thinking about updating my 23 inch bedroom TV and finally made the move. Now have a 32 inch Samsung in the bedroom and the picture and sound is Great. The price was unbelievable and made the decision a lot easier.

Very easy to set up and working as expected. Bought during "Stay at Home" so could not go to store to do fine research. Just needed to replace my TV that stopped working. I am happy with it may buy a sound bar as sometime the sounds is tinny.

I only buy Samsung TVs, because the first one I bought had a great picture image, which is why I bought this one. It has a decent picture, but the sound from the TV speakers suck! Luckily the TV is only for my den/office, so I don't plan to use it to binge watch The Mandolarian anytime soon.

This tv is awesome for the price. Great picture, and awesome streaming apps. Comes with Samsung TV which gives you a bunch of channels without an antenna. Great price and great tv. Love thing of buying a second one.

Wonderfully easy to navigate all programming options!

The Internet interface in these TV are not reliable. My two TVs constantly lose connection and do not retain the router information entered. Setting up via Smartthings is ridiculous if you do not have any other Smartthing devices already installed. I kept the TVs, but would trade them in a minute for the Ensignia Fire TV, If you are an Alexa fan, buy the FireTV instead of the Samsung which requires the Smartthings hub to function.

I am now the owner of a 32" Samsung Smart tv that is the perfect fit for my paint studio. The antenna I purchased gives a great picture and so many channels to choose from. Love it! Jerry my sales person is the best at customer service!

We purchased this TV for my mother in laws room. It was easy to install and has all kinds of features / apps that she would like to use such as Netflix and You Tube. The TV is well built and perfect for her bedroom.
