I really disliked the sound quality. It sounded like it had ear muffs on the speakers. I returned it for my usual Samsung and no problem. All my TVs are Samsung's. The return was very easy and the store salesman was very willing to help. Thanks Best Buy

Not a good choice!

The menu is a terrible format, the options for streaming apps is terrible. The worst is how the tv remote works. Response is so slow when a buttonis pushed you inevitability push it again and 30 seconds later the tv responds twice so you have to start over. I would not recommend this tv. I have been a loyal Samsung phone and tablet user for many years so was doubly disappointed.
