    Bought this for my favorite male role model for Father’s Day and he loves it. He wanted a smart tv to set up with his Alexa and so I figured this is the most compatible with his device. I love anything Samsung honestly lol.

    The TV came broken so I had to return it. The customer service was helpful in returning the item despite a little bit of attitude given. Tv itself is good however the internet disconnects every time the TV is turned off.

    I like but sound is little going up and down when you watch different channel. You adjust the volume. Otherwise is good.

    Easy to use but the salesman told me it was Bluetooth capable well it's Bluetooth capable but what he failed to mention was I have to buy an accessory for it to be Bluetooth compatible my bad should have looked at the box better.
