Love the color on Samsung TV

It would not change channels at first and then would not turn on. Best Buy said bring it in or ask a neighbor to come and check it. The neighbor could not get it to work. He Finally decided to pull the plug, let it sit a moment, and then plug back in. The TV rebooted and is working OK for now.

Great picture, not user friendly.

The buttons on the remote are close together and our fingers kept hitting the wrong buttons. We returned it and went back to another Roku.

Decent TV with some minor issues

The customer service was helpful in returning the item despite a little bit of attitude given. Tv itself is good however the internet disconnects every time the TV is turned off.

Father’s Day Present

He wanted a smart tv to set up with his Alexa and so I figured this is the most compatible with his device. I love anything Samsung honestly lol.
